Tiny but comfortable room
The room was tiny, but that’s just how Japan is. The wifi was terrible, I could barely get 1 MB. The bathroom had all toiletries you might need. It was a comfortable stay overall, the only bad thing it was the wifi.

I actually was surprised by this property, it was a great stay. Quiet, bed was comfy, and the room was immaculate. By far one of the best stays in Japan so far in my travels.

Staff were helpful with my issues. Unfortunately the area is a bit inconvenient if you rely on JR pass since it's difficult to get to the Osaka Loop Line without metro, long transfer or lots of walking. The breakfast at this APA hotel had limited options compared to the one I stayed in Tokyo. And the map that the hotel provided for food option was in wrong direction.

This is a fantastic hotel, amazing value for money. I lost my wallet in Kyoto and only realised when I arrived at this hotel. The staff helped me find my wallet ( I can’t speak Japanese) and were so very wonderful. I will never forget how incredibly kind they were and helped me get my wallet back with ££££ in it. Thank you so much.

Good location near metro station, 7/11 and a great supermarket. Rooms are very small (this could be normal for Japan, although our next hotel was no where near this small) and pillows are so thin they are extremely uncomfortable. Friendly staff.

The hotel is new and clean but staff support service is very limited. Just a simple request like making restaurant booking could not even be assisted. No umbrella available for guests to borrow. Staff told me to buy one from a nearby convenience store when it was raining heavily outside. All you expect from the hotel is a small room with bed but no other services that most other hotels can offer.

Im a bit afraid of small spaces. Our room was really small. We had to take turns in fixing luggages just so we have enough space to work from.

Good for a short stay, maybe not for long stay
Internet was very very slow, pillow wasn’t very uncomfortable and gave me neck and shoulder pain, hit water for the shower was very inconsistent no matter what time of day (even in the middle of the night I’d suddenly get cold water during my shower). Fit a short term stay it’s serviceable but for a long term stay I don’t know I’d recommend this particular hotel. After 28 day’s I had piles of towels and gowns and over a dozen bottles of water lines up in my room. I tried to o my have my room cleaned every second or third day but they kept leaving supplies outside my room.
