宿泊中、スタッフの対応があまり親切ではないと感じました。子供用のスチームローブをお願いしたにもかかわらず、大人用の中サイズのローブしか提供されず、子供への配慮が欠けていました。また、道順を尋ねた際、紙を渡されるだけで、きちんとした説明がなく、自分で読むように求められました。このような対応の欠如にはがっかりしました。

The room isn't big enough for 4 adults. There were only 2 tiny single beds with 2 small futon size mattresses that we pulled from inside a storage space. There was hardly any room for luggages or to move around. We booked for 4 people, but the room was only big enough for 2!!! Hardly any communication from staff. Our check in and out was done via kyosk. Not recommended at all.

Very nice rooms, spacious, clean and quiet. Full bath tub! Couldn’t use the spa because of tattoos. Seems like an old custom that needs to change. Helpful to be able to leave baggage because strict check in times. Walkable to train station and Family Mart and shopping. Loved it.

Great Location: Dormy Inn Osaka's prime location made it easy to explore Osaka's iconic landmarks, shops, and restaurants. We were just a short walk away from the action! 2. Clean and Wonderful Hot Spring: The hotel's hot spring was a highlight of our stay! The facilities were immaculately clean, and the warm waters were the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. 3. Great Service: The staff at Dormy Inn Osaka were friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. 4. Nice Conveniences: We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as free fermented milk drinks and popsicles to enjoy after our hot spring soak. Room for Improvement: One area for improvement is the foreign exchange rate offered through the vending machine. The rates were significantly lower than those found outside the hotel, with a staggering difference of up to 14 yen per dollar. We recommend using this service only in case of an emergency and exploring other exchange options instead. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Dotonbori, restaurants, and metro stations. Family Mart is connected to the hotel, with Lawson and 7 Eleven across the street so convenient for the late night snack runs. Because it is located near the tourist area, the surrounding streets are dirty, and noisy at night so may be difficult to sleep for light sleepers. We enjoyed the free ice pops, Yakult, and ramen, but the onsen is nothing much to rave about. It’s small and the change rooms don’t have towels, so make sure to remember to bring your own from your room. Staff are friendly and ready to help, but you may need a translator app as sometimes English is limited. Rooms are small, especially the shower, but we were rarely in the hotel as we were mostly out exploring. The bed is comfortable enough but the pillow is a bit on the harder side. Recommended for a budget hotel
