Hotel staff was nice but I booked a non smoking room and it absolutely reeked of smoke especially in the morning, it was so bad my nose started to hurt. Therefore I give it a low rating. I don't recommend if you have any smoke allergies from tabaco.

Being in walking distance to the airport is a definite plus. The room was small but clean and organized. I thought I read that the staff were multilingual; However, it was challenging to communicate in English, once I arrived. The staff put forth a great effort by using translation devices, which I appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I recommend the hotel.

All rooms are smoking rooms, except for a few on the executive floor. We had non smoking executive rooms, but they were still VERY smoky smelling. Very close to the airport and a 7-11…so if you are a smoker looking for a room for 1 night, this might be for you.

The hotel was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. The free shuttle to the airport was so nice! The food at the restaurant was really good too for dinner and breakfast. There is a 7-11 right across the street and you walk to the hotel from the subway. We would stay here again.

Decent stay with very reasonable price
Near to Itami airport, this hotel offers so many great amenities and superb breakfast buffet meals. I enjoyed public bath and wide variety of options at the vending machines. This hotel is located right across from 7-eleven, so it is very convenient with a free shuttle ride! My room was very comfortable that provided beyond basic needs.
