Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided me with a hand-drawn map of the surrounding area and highlighted the shopping and dining areas close by. This hotel is also very close to an airport limousine stop and the subway station. Google Maps will send you to the subway station exit closest to the hotel, but if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, I recommend getting out at the exit with an elevator and start your Google Maps direction from that point, otherwise, you'll be dragging your luggage up multiple sets of stairs to get to the exit.
The room I stayed in was very spacious with separate bathrooms, sinks, and toilet. You can't hear your neighbors through the walls at all, so it's great! The staff will not clean the room or refresh your towels if you don't ask for it. Overall the value is great if you can get over the fact that this hotel used to be a love hotel before being converted to a regular hotel.
Staff are friendly and polite, several rooms are quirky and fun, and when a typhoon forced us to stay an extra day, they went above and beyond to help us.
the family room was so big. it has second floor. theres also a jacuzzi but sadly its not working. the beds are dusty. but was so glad that they have parking space for cars. saved us a lot of time and money. :)
Good location, hudge room and hudge bed , they have topic in the room , my one is Hello Kitty, before I book a lot people mentioned not satisfied the cleanest but I really happy with it because value for the money !

It was once a love hotel and is being converted into a normal hotel ... Huge rooms for Japan and massive bathroom ... We had the Totoro room and our friends had the Mickey Mouse room ... Great location close to trains and 25 min walk to Osako Castle ... If you don't need 4 or 5 star and want excellent value for your money, this place is a blast !! ... No breakfasts but plenty of places to eat only a few minutes walk away ... And a great laundromat less than 200 metres away ... Very friendly & helpful staff ... Best place we stayed at in our 2 weeks in Japan

Price was good and was able to book on short notice. Took a little time to get the room ready when we arrived though. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water pot was a little old with a bad cord, but it worked fine
Spacious rooms, neat and clean. Jacuzzi too good. Staff is very helpful and can speak English.

Overall the hotel is good. Within walking distance to train station. Outside also have a lot eateries. Just that the room if all the bedsheet and linen can change everyday then would be perfect.
Location was perfect for a quiet stay without hordes. Hotel was brilliant but very simple. Great restoration work has converted it from a love hotel to a theme hotel. We had an Alice in Wonderland room.
Smell of tobacco although hotel is non smoking, someone hairs on towels, extremely dirty and moldy old AC. The only good thing about this hotel is location.

Location is OK. Check in/out are easy and quick. Room is big enough, and reasonably clean. Considering the price, I would recommend it.
