The room is a bit small for a family of three to walk around. But very clean with super friendly staff. The room gets a bit dry overnight, and I had to get up to drink plenty of water. Location is great in the heart of shinsaibashi. Super close to most places I want to go to.

The hotel is located just off the main shopping streets of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The metro and convenience store within a short distance. Lots of restaurants around. The area can get quite busy due to its proximity to the shops. Room was clean. Amenities were replaced daily. However, the drying cycle of the laundry facilities takes a long, long time to dry. Staff were helpful despite being busy.

Very conveniently located hotel for Dotonbori. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast isn’t included but you can pay 1000Y pp for this, however it was not very good so not recommended. Room was cleaned once during our four night stay but towels and bins changed every day.
