A great property with a good location. Such a pity that cleanliness is lacking. We stayed a total pf 4nights. Daily cleaning is done very shabbily. Tables are very dusty. Used glasses are left untouched. Toilet had stains which i have to clean myself. Carpets are also not very clean, with stuff still there. Very dissapointed.

Great hotel in Namaba
I strayed for five nights and the staff were very helpful. I had a room on the 9th floor and it was lovely. Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and the free Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge was a great bonus. Location is very easy and quick to get to from Namba Station. Highly recommended.

The superior room came with access to a small club lounge on the same floor with free snacks and drinks. A larger laundry room would be great. Beds were too hard for my liking while the pillows were too soft.

Relatively New hotel. Provides free Starbucks coffee and drink. There is also a small gym in the hotel. But only limited to 2 treadmill and a stationery bicycle. Would be better if closer to dontonki area.

We had great difficulty finding this hotel. Simple directions from the hotel would have made it so much easier eg train to nankia Namibia, then go through exit… then walk through mall. Once we found the hotel, we could not fault the staff or the hotel

Clean and comfortable, excellent casual hotel.
The location was convenient and quiet. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and reasonably refurbished and not worn-feeling The front staff was friendly and had passable English, and were willing to hold our baggage until check in time. Check out was through a convenient kiosk, and the amenities and services were good. Overall a nice and comfortable, casual hotel for travelers visiting Osaka who want a low fuss and not complicated lodging.

The hotel was built in 2023, so everything looks very new, modern and beautiful. The room is highly equipped with advanced technology such as the touchscreen control panel that controls lighting and thermostat. The room is also very spacious but cozy. We loved the lounge and bar area where you can get a variety of self serve beverages including an automated espresso machine that makes delicious coffee drinks with perfectly frothed milk layer. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes to the famous Dotonbori area, many amazing restaurants and a 24 hour Ichiran Ramen. We can’t wait to visit Japan and stay at Hotel KEIHAN NAMBA again.

Amazing hotel, clean rooms, great location next to a lot of dining options. The lobby has a large selection of complimentary drinks and a lot of seating. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would return.

The property was okay, decent amenities. The area around it wasn’t very nice. Not a lot of nice places to eat, you have to walk at least 10 min to find a good spot. The lobby was always crazy busy. The other guests at the hotel were obnoxious as well, always forcing themselves past you. Had originally planned to stay in Osaka until later in the day but after the first night we booked the first train out of the area.

One of my favourite properties in Osaka
Great location if you want to be close to everything in Osaka. Walking distance to many of the attractions, and very close to multiple train lines. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and always had positive reviews. Would definitely book this for a longer stay if there was a preferred rate for seven days
