Poor wifi, communication barrier as most of the staff cannot speak english. Maybe it just happened during our stay? Tv channel very limited. Check out timing was too early. Would be great if the check out time is 11am (just like other hotels) Quite inaccessible. Overall, wont stay here again.

Staff was excellent. Always helpful. Room was clean. Surrounding area full of shopping and train station a few minutes away. Family Mart around the corner. We extended our stay. This property is just right and recommended. Ms. Miyuki at front desk is always helpful. She is fluent in both Japanese and English. Cleaning staff very polite and helpful.

Wonderful Staff, Close To Nightlife

From the moment I called them on the phone I could tell that the staff was incredibly friendly, and were able to assist me in English, which I appreciated. Hotel was a bit more tucked away than I was expecting, but it was within a short walking distance of tons of restaurants and the famous shopping streets of Juso. Highly recommend to other foreign tourists if you’re in Osaka.

Good location

Walking distance from Juso station and there are nearby bus stops to alot of places. Family mart, 7-11 and a big donki nearby.. so convenient. The room is spacious and clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is in the middle of love hotel district. Pretty much all the neighboring hotels are love hotels. New clean hotel but really unorganized. I’ve checked in around 5pm, most of the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. There were bunch of guys scrambling to clean them. My room was upgraded due to that was the only room that was clean. Breakfast was a joke, 7:00-9:00. I went at 8:00. They’ve run out of everything even coffee. Check out is at 10:00, most other hotels I’ve stayed are 11:00.
