Cozy room. After hour u need security key to get in and out. The desk isnt manned after 10. So if u have a late check in, be careful the desk might not be operated for check in purposes.

We enjoyed being a close walk away from Dotonburi and Kuromon Market. The room was spacious and had a table with comfortable seating. While clean, the room overall was older and drafty / cold (stayed during end of March).

Foul smelling hotel

Cleanliness is 0/100. Our room smelled urine the whole stay. Absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. The room was disgustingly dirty, with stains on the sheets and floors. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, making it nearly impossible to use. The overall hygiene standards were shockingly low, and it felt like no effort was made to clean or maintain the rooms.

Would not stay at again. This hotel has not prioritized the facility for a considerable period of time and it shows. Staff were still somewhat helpful and did offer to correct all misunderstandings that came up during one week stay.

The location is excellent. Walking distance from attractions. However, the room is dusty. The beds were built inside the room with many sharp corners.

Property is ok condition, however, room is a bit run down. The beds were hard from the springs underneath, and restroom more like public restroom stall. The staff were accommodating and tried to make the bed more comfortable, but did not help much. All staff were nice, attending to all our needs, especially a young gentleman by the name of Jun (might have gotten his name wrong but he spoke English well). Overall, this hotel is priced for its value.

It was ok. The hotel's clean, but the bed is not the most comfortable, so be aware especially if you have kids. The location is close to tourist spots, so it can be noisy until late. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

- many stain marks in the bathroom. - room was very smelly. I believe hotel knew about it caused quite a few air freshers in the toilet. However, those refresher can’t remove strong smell. Need to ask hotel to provide an additional air refresher spray. - stayed on the 4 floor, but quite noisy. - location is okay but not a nice neighborhood. - check in was not smooth as the receptionist kept talking on the phone. Have to wait at the front desk long caused there was only one person at the desk.
