Brilliant location. Apartment has all the necessities. Be mindful of the very hard beds (we enjoyed them) and no there being no elevator

Close to transport and in a relatively quiet area. The steps in the building are quite steep and hard to get a large suitcase up. The room was clean and simple and had everything we needed. Communication was all online and there was a little confusion when we arrived as since booking, I had apparently been sent the instructions for both Room 301 and 302, and tried to get into the wrong apartment first until I found the correct email.

great place to stay in osaka

Location - close to metro station and Shitennoji temple Pros - has wifi, kitchen, clean tub and toilet, 4 beds with tons of blankets etc., quiet, clean

Excellent value for money, close to station

Excellent value for money Close to station, very good facilities...fridge, hot plate,microwave, kettle, washing machine etc. Stairs up quite steep if you have a heavy bag.

Usually I don’t book places without guest reviews but the price was too good to pass up so I took a chance and booked it. I am so glad I did because this place was flawless! Having your own little apartment was nice. This place had everything! After booking the place the owner sent a message with a PDF with exact instructions to get to the apt with google map street view and everything. The apt was less then 10 minute walk from tennoji station which has Metro as well as JR access. Although there aren’t “rooms” there is a partition that separates the four beds with two on each side of the wall. This gave enough privacy for us. There was a kitchen, washing machine and even TV. The place has its own Wi-Fi and also a pocket WiFi to bring on your outings. The toilet and shower were separated. There were multiple trash cans throughout the apt as well. At the entrance to the building were multiple recycling bins so we would take our trash out when we left the apt and throw them in their respective bins. The only drawback for this place was I wish there was a sink near the toilet but instead you have to go on the opposite of the apt to the kitchen area to wash your hands. Also check in is a little late at 4pm but we were given the option to drop off luggage after 12. when emailing the owner she was extremely responsive. There are no elevators so it was difficult to carry luggage up and down the narrow stairway. The stairway also has a low ceiling so tall people beware.

屋內清潔環境尚可，但近窗廉位置及洗衣機旁較髒。地點近天王寺站，步行七至八分鐘便到達，可謂旺中帶靜，十分方便。

非常糟糕的住宿經驗

此次共入住5晚,第1天入住的前30分鐘被臨時通知換房,從4樓換到環境更差的5樓,須等到第4天晚上才能換回原本就訂好的4樓的房間,第3晚得將所有行李及購買物,換洗用具全數又打包好,好不容易再入住,卻發現沒熱水,連絡了好久,工作人員也沒辦法解決,我們有2個老人1個小孩,玩了1天累的要命卻被迫要洗冷水澡,也無法好好休息,冷氣不冷,髒的要死,這真是超級糟糕的住宿經驗,遇到問題,工作人員僅能用e-mail連繫,且無法協助任解決任何事,非常不推薦,相同的房價還有更好的選擇,這間服務真的太爛了

お風呂がカビだらけで気持ち悪かった。 カーテンもカビだらけで気持ち悪かった。 部屋の掃除は何年もされていないと思う。 冷蔵庫の中に前の人が入れた果物が残っていた。 安さで選んだけど、こんなにひどいとは驚いた。 ただ天王寺駅まで歩いて5、6分で近かった。 駅前にはコンビニや飲食店が多くて、便利だった。
