The place is absolutely fantastic. We had a nice time in hotel’s public hot spring. Close location makes the place easy access to USJ, and its price is much more reasonable compared to other surrounding hotels.

There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! Small, but very well designed and super comfortable! I had a great view of USJ from my window and was never too bothered with outside noise. This is the best hotel I've stayed at and for a very good price!

This is a great stay if you're looking to be at universal but not be at universal. Definitely a business friendly hotel. Staff was super friendly and reliable. I would stay there again, but I would also want to look at the other hotels in the area.

Excellent facility with indoor and outdoor onsen for hotel guests; Sakurajima station is right across from the hotel connecting to Universal Studio Japan, Universal Studio city Walk, and connecting train to Osaka shopping area. 7-11 is and Lawsons are just around the corner 5 min walk, a must have nearby when staying in Japan.

Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.
