Overall good place to stay. The washing machine didn't dry clothes very well, and the bed linens needed changing. We would stay here again provided those items were addressed.

I liked the ease of arrival and easy access to our room. I like the close by walking distance to various restaurants and subway stops. I didnt like the steps.goijg into our.room. it goes up and then down Because it was late at night, i had triped 3 times and fell down badly. My dad also tripped twice and fell as well. Please fix the step problem or place some sort of safety border. Glow in the dark edges, reflectors.and etcetera. I also like the vaccuum where i was able to clean the floor a little bit upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and we will book again in the future. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean, spacious, and close to major tourist attractions. Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, and Takashimaya are all within walking distance. The unit is well-equipped with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, and washing machine, though it does not have a drying function. There's a balcony if you need to hang dry clothes but the coin laundry is also just around the corner. The hosts have written instructions very clearly but are also quick to communicate if you have any questions. We could hear some street noise sometimes, but not to the point that it bothered us. This would be a great option for longer stays; we wish we had stayed here for more than a few nights!

Near the shopping street. Not really near train station and walking around 10-25 mins to the station. Therefore suitable for light luggage tourisms.

stay was great, and allowed us to check in an hour earlier, as we were incredibly hot from carrying our luggage. They were incredibly helpful and were eager to help in case we needed anything, and we had nothing to complain about!

My familly and I enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and spacious. It was very convenient for us to walk around the town as well. It’s close to Dotonbori and the train station. Definitely will be back again next time.

Great place and had a washer to use.
Took a bit during check in to get the code to open the keybox to get the key, lucky a man was able to help. But other than that it was a good place thought it would be a bit closer to dontonburi street but still very walkable.

Great stay buy more an apartment than a hotel
Had a great time staying here and the host company were fantastic and were very helpful in us getting our luggage transferred, but I did feel the advert was slightly misleading as this is more of an apart-hotel than a straight hotel, with no reception or anything like that so be aware of that if it makes a difference to you. That said I really enjoyed our time here.

The property was clean and had good amenities including a separate bath and toilet, a washing machine and a stove top. The area around the hotel was also quiet and safe with being walking distance to the Dontonburi street. The staff was also responsive and resolved all of our concerns promptly.

Excellent stay….great location. Metro Station, Dotonbori etc within 10-15 mins on foot. Loads of great restaurants around. A Lawson (grocery store) across the street. Room was very clean, as were the linen. Excellent communication and clear check-in/check-out instructions. Highly recommended.
