The hotel itself is ok. A bit old, dated room and bathroom. But clean , got bidet. The problem is the surrounding area. I do understand if it’s noisy in afternoon or until 9-10 pm. But the noise continues until early morning. There’s music, lots of people yelling, sirens. And I’m staying at level 14, good for shopping, not good for sleeping

We stayed for 3 nights and toilet smelled terrible like it was from the old and dirty drainage. There was construction right in front the hotel for 2 days and it started the work at 3 am in the morning until 12pm so we could not sleep and got headaches. Staffs were supportive to help us with room change but as the construction too loud and the noise could be heard from the new room so we decided to stay and suffer the noise. We would be happier if the hotel inform us in advance about the construction and gave us more options to stay or find another place rather than just kept everything quiet until it happened and we had no choice. We would not recommend this hotel.

A Great budget friendly hotel at the heart of dotonbori. The place surrounding it is lively and full of life. There are 2 don quijote stores near hear and the hotel is near the shinsaibashi shopping street as well. Overall the room was pretty clean and decent. My only pet peeve was that the walls were too thin other than that the stay and the price was alright. Staffs were very friendly and accomodating as well. If you are planning for a late check in you will have to inform them in advance.

We enjoyed our stay. The room has everything we needed. The staff brought clean towels every morning. Everyone was polite. The location is perfect as it is just in Dotonbori, about 5-minute walk to the Glico man landmark. Close to everything.

This property is located in the heart of dotonbori. Very near the shopping street and street food. We got the triple superior room, the room is not as big as the rooms in other 4 star hotels. They do not change beddings everyday. We stayed 5 nights and were told that they would only change the beddings once .

도돈보리에 인접하여 여행객에게 매우 좋은 위치의 숙소입니다. 닛폰바시역 인근에서 투어버스를 타기도 매우 좋은 위치입니다. 방 넓이가 약간 아쉽지만 위치와 가격으로생각하면 이해할 수 있습니다.

Just ok. Our room was seriously tiny, even by Osaka standards. Nowhere to store luggage, and poor use of space with the furnishings/built in cabinetry… there was a totally useless built in desk directly beside the bed, and two little 2’x2’ stools that just got the way. The bed should be raised higher to store luggage, and nightstands would be greatly appreciated. The location is why this hotel gets so high of a rating, I would probably give it 2 stars if it weren’t for that.
