Great staff, awful mattresses
Very clean hotel with lovely staff but the mattresses are worn out and offer no support. Disposable dishes and cutlery and no trash sorting at breakfast generates a huge amount of waste.

Staff was friendly and checkin was a breeze. Very clean and pleasant smelling. We had a two queen room and it was HUGE. Very spacious and bright with personal welcome message. Pool was heavy on chlorine but towels were stocked and warm. Only downside was we ran out of conditioner when taking our postpool shower and towels in our room, but a quick call to housekeeping and they brought more within 5ish minutes. 1 elevator stopped working and cause a bit of chaos but they were able to fix it relatively quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

The facilities are spotless and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Hotel staff is beyond accommodating and polite, especially the breakfast ladies. Our TV didn’t work upon checking in and was fixed within minutes. Very close to the 417 and being from out of town, we had no issues getting around. Uber services (food and driving) were there within minutes. last but not least, the underground parking is an absolute bonus! Highly, highly!
