The stay was good. We had a large corner suite with a hide-a-bed that was not all that comfortable. An arm chair would have an excellent addition. Decent tv but some issues with reception and no channel guide.

Cable tv was iffy, spotty. Room was great for dog huge and ground floor. Too big maybe lots of echo and hvac noise.

The front office staff friendly and helpful easy check-in. The rooms need updating. Nice size but very little lighting, one chair for relaxing but no light to read. No plug-ins for computer, phone, etc. Lamp between two beds with one outlet. Duvet covers wrinkled and no valance around beds, with metal frame and legs exposed. Toilet amenities minimal. Toilet tissue cheap. Coffee machine provided but only paper cups. Restaurant: Comfortable but menu limited as were hours of operation. Closed for some lunch hours. Staff need training. Basics of handling food and service. To much socializing at kitchen pick-up area. For an internationally known company, Hilton, the standard of this property is below expectations, especially for an airport hotel in Canada’s Capital. Property is convenient to airport and shuttle service excellent. Again front office polite and helpful but need more of a Hilton uniform too improve image. At this point I would not recommend the hotel.
