Excellent location, outdated space
The staff was lovely, and the location is unbeatable. The property is certainly dated and in need of some basic repairs, like repairing gaps in flooring. The first room I was assigned was not clean, though the staff fixed it immediately and relocated me.

The hot water took 10 minutes to work on the 12th floor. Usually, hot water isn't an issue at the Sonder Arlo. It might be due to the water reaching the top floor. I would stay there again despite the issue.

The bathroom ventilation was non-existent while the kitchen ventilation was so loud that you couldn't hear yourself think. The sheets were loud and the comforter had so little consistency that sleep was a far prospect for how quickly the room lost heat. I couldn't stay the length of the reservation. I had to leave after the first night

Everything about this was very good. Except their insistence on using a website to check-in, getting access codes and to check out. I want to have a human being to speak to, especially at check-out. Also if you have a large car do not use their parking lot. The lot is at another property (which is really close) and has very narrow access ways. I damaged my car because of the narrowness of everything.

First time staying at Sonder and was impressed by the facilities cleanliness and communication by their team. Everything can be done through the app but there are folks on the ground floor that can help you if you need anything. Room (studio) was bigger than I expected and bed very comfortable! Will definitely be using some of their other locations moving forward

It was great, but Kindly reduce the strong Scent upon entering the whole hotel vaccinate ..It is a strong smell..Some other guest me allergy for the scents..But overall it was a nice hotel, clean and quiet.
