The open-concept kitchen and living area is bright and airy, thanks to abundant natural light streaming through large windows. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the living area features a pull-out sofa, offering additional sleeping space for guests. Step outside to the patio, where you can enjoy peaceful moments and take in the surrounding views.

The bedroom is a serene retreat, complete with a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, and the unit also includes a stackable washer/dryer for added convenience during your stay.

With its relaxing atmosphere, modern amenities, and cozy charm, The Purple Martin Perch is the perfect spot for your next getaway.

There are one parking space allocated for this condo in front of the building.

We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.  Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We love pets, however we have some limitations. The Purple Martin Perch has a one pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave fido unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
