Step into the vaulted ceiling foyer and down the hall to a spacious family room with new furnishings, a gas fireplace and 60-inch Smart TV, open concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, upgraded appliances.
This home has plenty of private sleeping space with the Primary Ensuite bedroom conveniently located on the first floor, featuring a King bed and full en-suite bathroom, two vanities and a whirlpool bathtub.
Located up one flight of stairs, the second, third, fourth and fifth bedrooms are all located on the second floor with plenty of space to spread out and relax. At the top of the stairs a dedicated office space and desk are perfect for remote work. The second bedroom features a King bed and Ensuite bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower. The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms all feature queen beds and a full bathroom located just outside of the bedrooms. A full laundry room with efficiency washer and dryer are provided for guests.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). (No cats allowed)
Guests are welcome to park up to two vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle in front of the home. Garage not accessible for parking.

In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Please note that, as with most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
