Welcome to our cozy mountain retreat in the heart of Ouray, Colorado! This charming Upper-Level condo is a historic home from 1898. It is the perfect getaway for families and friends, offering a cozy stay that sleeps up to 8 guests. With its prime location just across from Ouray Hot Springs and the town's park, you'll have the ultimate relaxation experience right at your doorstep.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting living area, ideal for unwinding after exploring Ouray's beauty. The windows bathe the room in natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It is straight across from Felin Park and Ouray Hot Springs!

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Share laughter and stories over a hearty dinner at the dining table, creating memories that will last a lifetime. We are a pet-friendly place, and we love our furry friends. For a $100 pet fee, you can bring your four-legged friend with you on vacation. One is allowed. Please do not leave your pet unattended and pick up after your dog. Please be mindful of your noise level. There is a unit below.

Great Access to Downtown Ouray!
My husband and I stayed here for two nights with my in-laws and we were very pleased to see that the space was just as advertised. It was very clean for being a pet friendly property and had a nice large bathroom that was comfortable for four adults to share. The best part about our stay was how easy it was to walk to downtown Ouray for a bite to eat or some shopping. If you are looking for a pet friendly space that is close to downtown Ouray and the hot springs, this is the place for you!

The place was beautiful! I took my parents to experience a place that they had never been to before, and they really enjoyed their stay. It was a bonus that I got to bring my dog along to explore. Overall the house was very pleasant and comfortable. We would have liked to have a mirror in the master to make getting ready easier as there is one bathroom. We could not find regular silverware so eating in was difficult until we got disposable utensils. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Weekend Getaway
The space was quite cozy. It was a bit challenging to sleep well upstairs as the swamp cooler attached to the window created a shrieking sound when the wind blew. Thankfully we could fall asleep quickly after hours at the hot springs. Overall it was a great place for the dogs - with a park right outside ! Grateful for easeful communication with the host when our car was struggling to get going during the snow storm.

Great Ouray location
The location was amazing for exploring Ouray. The condo was older but was clean and had most amenities and appointments most people would be seeking. Our two night stay was pricey but I chalked that up to allowing dogs and the central location of the property. Overall I would recommend this place if someone wanted a close proximity or the hot springs and all that the town had to offer and traveling with dogs.
