This is a 2nd floor (one level- all on 2nd floor- Amazing Cabin Apartment) entry by stairwell only.

Overgaard, AZ - the famous place where Fire In The Sky occurred! At the top of the mountains, ready for Winter skiing and enjoying breezy Summer days at the antique shops and visiting the artist shops of local wood artist (see our mantle and focal center piece our dining table!).

Bedroom 1: Queen in a lovely log frame and attached bathroom with a large shower.
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with twin xl on top and Queen on bottom (amazing local Mr. Bunkbed came over and built this in house!) and attached full bathroom (tub/shower).
Both rooms with closet space and luggage racks.

Fire places in Bedroom 2 and living room have been disabled. They are pretty to look at.

Living room features a large Queen futon (bedding provided in Bedroom 2 closet).

Dining room features the world famous Noack Woodworks table and chairs!

Kitchen has brand new appliances: Freezer/Refrigerator, Stove top/Oven; Toaster, Kreurig K Cup Coffee, Microwave and Dishwasher. And- we have a laundry room!

We provide starter amounts on all our amenities (including paper towels and toilet paper; K cup coffee/sugar/creamer; shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent...etc).
(If staying a week, you may need replenish)

Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties. No Pets.

★Our Checkout Checklist includes the following items:
-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food, and put the trash in trash bins provided (or in garage as noted)
(Put trash bins out on the day indicated in the guidebook)
-please clean all dishes, pots/pans, kitchen items
-Please clean up any trash from backyard area
-All used linens (sheets and towels) please put in laundry area
