The home also features a large fenced in backyard with a hot tub and outdoor seating which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors!

Guest will have access to full home except the garage during their stay.

The hot tub is open seasonally from October 1st through April 30th.

Serenity Estate is a large home that provides guests with tons of space to spread out and enjoy. Entering through the front door guests will either enjoy the main living room that offers plenty of seating and large Smart TV! The dining room has a sturdy wooden table with 6 chairs so all guests can enjoy a meal or play a game together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all plates, cutlery, bakeware, cookware, pots, pans and utensils. All you need to bring is the food and the spices. We provide everything else to cook and prep a good meal. The backyard has a hot tub to accommodate 6 along with outdoor seating and a fully fenced backyard! Come stay to relax!

The main living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! Two large sofas to seat six, an additional chair, and a Smart TV so you don’t miss out on any shows.

Family Room:
The family room features a sofa and loveseat to kick back and relax. A Smart TV, record player with a few records are provided along with an electric fireplace are available for guest use.

Bedrooms:
This home offers three comfortable bedrooms all on the main floor of the home. The master bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. The three other bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with a full size bed. There are also ceiling fans, bed side tables with lamps and charging stations along with plenty of closet space!

The second floor bedroom features a queen size bed, private work space, full bathroom and additional sofa. This space is open and does not have an enclosed bedroom however there is a door to close off the entire space for privacy.

Bathroom:
There are two full bathrooms in this home! The main bathroom features a large vanity sink with plenty of counter space and storage along with a separate shower and tub. (The tub is not a full size tub and is meant more for kids. The upstairs bathroom features a stand up shower only. The bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, the fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is fully fenced! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
