Hotelli sijaitsee vain puolen kilometrin päässä Sheldrake Pointin viinitilasta ja 15 minuutin päässä Taughannock Falls State Parkista. Lakeview Landing. Tämä kaunis järven koti tarjoaa 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 1/2 kylpyhuonetta koko perheellesi ja ystävillesi kerätä mukavasti.

Sisäänkäynnin kautta saat tervetulleita portaita, jotka johtavat sekä ylös että alas tämän jaetun tason kotiin. Seuraa portaita tärkeimpään oleskelutilaan asti. Seinästä seinään puulattiat vilkkuvat valolla, joka loistaa ikkunoista kaikissa kulmissa. Tilava olohuone, jossa on chalet-tyyliset ikkunat, on näkymä järvelle ja suuri piha. Combo saa sinut tuntuu rentoilta ja lomamatkalta hetkessä!

Kulman takana on gourmet-keittiö, jossa on ruostumattomia laitteita, kuten kaksinkertainen uuni, ammattikäyttöinen kaasuliesi ja astianpesukone. Tilaa täydentää lisäksi kahvila-alue. Nauti aamukahvista ja rentoudu ruokasalin kautta kulkevalla sivukannella. Ehkä olet onnekas, kun näette joitakin peuran ystäviä, jotka kokoontuvat metsäiseen selvitykseen!

Tämän kodin ylemmän tason viimeistelyssä on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Matka alakerrassa löytää toinen olohuoneesi. Perhehuoneessa on viihtyisä tunnelma, jossa on ylimitoitetut huonekalut. Neljäs makuuhuone, jossa on sekä queen-vuode että 2 erillistä vuodetta ja puoli kylpyamme, sijaitsevat perhehuoneessa.

Kun on aika rentoutua pitkän päivän jälkeen ulkopuolisista seikkailuista, viettää aikaa bonuspelihuoneessa, joka kohtaa alemman tason. Darts, pokeripöytä ja foosball-pöytä tarjoavat viihdettä koko ryhmällesi yön jälkeen.

Ulkopuolinen asuintilaa on silloin, kun todelliset ylellisyys astuu paikalleen tässä kiinteistössä. Extravagantti piha tarjoaa suuren tulisijan ystävillesi ja perheellesi kerätä ja jakaa tarinoita heidän päivittäisistä seikkailuistaan ja tehdä muistoja tulevina vuosina.

Tien toisella puolella on 50 metriä luonnollista järvenrantaa ja pysyvä telakka. Vietä päivä auringonottoon tai ottamalla kuvia ryhmänne lapsista hyppäämällä laiturista.

Kätevästi vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, tai lyhyen venematkan päässä lähiympäristössä sijaitsevista ravintoloista ja viinitiloista löytyy runsaasti matkailukohteita sormenpäillä! Lakeview Landing on varmasti yksi suosikkikohteistasi Finger Lakesissa vain yhden vierailun jälkeen.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Cayuga Lake. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Week at Finger Lakes
The property has a well stocked kitchen four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There is a very nice deck where you can eat and also part of the deck where you can sit and look at the water. There are steep steps to the lakefront. The steps are very sturdy. At the lake is a dock, lots of seating, a table and several kyacks.

Birthday &/Fathers’ Day Celebration With Family..
The house accommodated our family of adults and teens very well. There were great gathering places. We enjoyed having the whole family eating on the deck and around the fire pit at night listening to music, chatting and eating s’mores. The kitchen was very well equipped. It seem to have more than enough glassware, dinnerware and kitchen utensils. That was a pleasant surprise. Not having an operating dishwasher and small drain rack for 8 people. Was problematic. We spent more time hand washing dishes then we wanted. If alerted would have brought paper plates at least. The basement bedroom didn’t have a functioning window and you had to go outside to shut it. The bedroom with the bath has a nighTstand that is in very poor condition and needs to be fixed. It is difficult to take a shower without getting water on the floor. The shower curtain needs to be adjusted. The garbage cans were always knocked over every night and garbage falling out. Need better cans so animal’s don’t get to them. We did call maintenance 1st thing Sat. Morning when we had the. Problem with dishwasher and window. He came fixed garbage cans but said the window and dishwasher he couldn’t repair. He seem to be upset with the owners and not us. It seems garbage, window and dishwasher has been a problem for awhile..

Beautiful Lake, but...
Cayuga lake is beautiful and this house is in a quiet hamlet on the western shore. Access to the lake front was a highlight! The house however was musty (particularly the lower level) and the room air conditioning units were not up to the task of keeping the house comfortable. In fact, the unit in one of the bedrooms might not have been working at all. It might be much more enjoyable in the autumn when we could have enjoyed the fun stuff in the garage (foosball, air hockey, darts, etc.) with the doors wide open. Note that booking this property required working with a realtor, which adds extra step relative to bookings that I have previously made on VRBO. And, as the realtor instructions indicate, bring your own dishwasher soap, coffee filters, etc.

Perfect lake house for family!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Landing! We stayed for a week with six of our 11 to 14 year-old grandsons and there was always something to do. The 3 kayaks we're a big hit at our personal dock, the foozball was fun, the game supplies were more than adequate, the kitchen had all the necessaries, and the home was clean, comfortable and relaxed. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was adequate for early June. Outside we enjoyed the large patio table, the beautiful lawn around the whole grounds and the fire pit with chairs for everyone. The location was central for visiting church history sites. Palmyra 1 hour; Fayette .5 hour; Harmony PA 2 hours. Rochester airport is 1.5 hours. Stop at Costco on your way in for groceries (shopping is not so good). The Creamery was a great place to order an ice cream cake. Thank you to the family who hosts this perfect lake house!

Relaxing and Spacious
We enjoyed our time at the property. The house was 100 yards from the scenic lake and 1/4 mile from a vineyard. It was far enough away from Ithaca that one could enjoy the peacefulness but close enough to grab a morning coffee in town everyday. The property manager was informative and on the ball. We look forward to staying again.

This property is perfectly located for Cayuga lake winery hopping. It was clean and well appointed. Everything you need in the kitchen was available. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. You do need to bring hand soap for the bathrooms and it’s a good idea to bring a few dishwasher pods-they do provide a couple but if you need to do dishes more than a couple times you’ll need a few more. It would’ve been helpful to have some instructions on the operation of the tv- but we did figure it out. But those would be the only recommendations we would make. We enjoyed the fire pit and seeing the beautiful pheasant that lives on the property. We were there on the “off” season so the lakefront was very peaceful-I’d imagine a summer stay would be much busier and exciting. This was a perfect property for our group of 7 ladies and would also be a great place for families
