Nice, clean property, and decent-sized rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Super close to rail and bus stations, five-minute walk from restaurants and bars along Calle Manuel Pedregal. About fifteen minutes walk to Cathedral and old town. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for all forms of transport and is within walking distance of the historical center and shopping. However, the noise from corridors and the loud slamming of all room doors has to be mentioned.

Basic single room, close to the train station

The hotel is unappealing from the outside, but the reception, communal areas and corridors are smart. My room was basic but served my needs. The main negative I have is that as the solid, tiled corridors echo every sound, it made a lot of noise when other guests came and went.

Don’t book this hotel in Oviedo

Check-in was good and front desk staff fairly friendly. House keeping ladies were friendly but… the cleaning was sub par. One pet peeve I have with any hotel is the bathroom cleanliness. The shower stall was full of black mould in the silicone seals and grout. The was also red mould (the juvenile black mould) forming around the hot/cold water handles and faucet’s as well as the shower head. Perhaps this was isolated but I suspect this was not the only room with this issue. This is really unacceptable. The double bed was hard and unforgiving as well as the single pillow. Again, unacceptable for a room for two people. The breakfast was OK as it was stated that this was a continental breakfast. The hotel front desk staff were also tasked with making coffee and tea while still manning the phones and front desk. This is a poor management decision in my opinion. The only saving grace is the hotel is centrally located close the the main train station. The $67 a night including taxes perhaps, says it all. Unfortunately, much improvement is need before I can in faith, recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a find

Really lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient local for visiting the centre. Paid parking, but very secure and direct access to rooms via a lift. Very clean everywhere. Comfie bed, great shower. Buffet breakfast. Good range of food.
