Great location & great property. Everything was perfect! Central location in the village close to all activities, dining options & shopping. Stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Room was clean, spacious & stocked with all necessary amenities. Bath had soap, shampoo & conditioner. Kitchen had plates, utensils, glasses. Full kitchen with stove, full fridge/freezer & dishwasher & dishwasher cleaning tabs. Underground parking was $20 but very much worth it. Would recommend to anyone, especially small group, couple or family.

Having all properties check-in at the same time, at the same spot was disheartening. It took 2 hours to check in. We missed our Christmas dinner with family. We even asked for an early check-in. In the Village property there was no one working at the desk for most of the trip, nor was there a trolley available for loading or unloading. We asked to get one delivered, but none came. So glad my kids are teenagers and not toddlers.

We got two bedroom which had a door to an adjoining room. Issue was that the other room had really bad smell for three days in a row. It seemed they weren’t ventilating. We’ve asked the property to ask the room next to ours to ventilate but nothing worked. We had to tape down the crevasses and have fan going on with air refreshner. Additionally, that room was making a lot of noise u too 3 am. Overall very noisy even until the last night

Decent for a night
The hotel room was clean and equipped with essential amenities, but the uncomfortable pillows and unsuitable room temperature made it difficult for my family to sleep well. Given the long check-in wait due to the holiday rush, the stay was just okay, and I’d consider trying another hotel next time.
