Breakfast was good. Generator noise u til late in the evening. Bed uncomfortable, pillows like rocks. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast sellection. Hilton Hotel was satisfactory compared to a Voco Hotel which was amazing!

Spoilt by an uncomfortable bed and pillows

The room was modern, clean and great amenities but the bed was hard, uncomfortable and creaky every time you moved. We had 4 pillows but 3 were too thin and the other was lumpy. The bed spoilt the stay, as the hotel itself was lovely and quiet too but it was a terrible nights sleep for both of us.

My wife and I came to Oxford to celebrate her birthday. The hotel was in a convenient location and was functional for a weekend break to oxford. It was clean but no frills but that suited us. What didnt like was the surprise of the room being a disabled room which meant the bed was pushed close to the wall with very little space to access one side plus the bathroom was not what we would expect. Although this wasnt necessarily a romantic break, the room definitely made that clear. The pillows were large and hard but when asked the staff supplied two softer ones.

Really good hotel just outside of Oxford for a few days site seeing. Plenty of free parking on site, good breakfast, clean rooms, lovely communal area & bar, very helpful reception staff, short distance to park & ride ( buses usually run but there were roadworks). Good value for money, comfy beds, good temperature in rooms too. Very happy stay, thanks!

Clean room, friendly and attentive staff and an excellent breakfast. A great choice of hotel for visiting Oxford. As a solo traveller I felt extremely safe during my stay, staff and guests were very friendly and I slept very well as the hotel was quiet.

This hotel surpassed all expectations and provided excellent customer service, a beautiful clean, fresh room where great thought had been given to detail and met customer requirements. The breakfast was excellent. Public areas were also kept spotless clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Oxford. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, very clean and spacious. We were especially grateful that we could order a delicious pizza when we arrived late in the evening. It really made the end of a long travel day extra comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of options to choose from and everything was fresh, clean and delicious. We would happily stay here again and can recommend this hotel without hesitation.
