Oxnard is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom stay in a 3-bedroom house. This cool property offers everything you need for a perfect stay. It is very spacious, has its own deck, and a dedicated bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub. In the room there is a mini-fridge, coffee pot, air fryer, eating utensils, clothing iron and board, and a hair dryer for your convenience. With WiFi, a washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor, you'll have all the essentials at your fingertips.
The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor to the left at the top of the stairs.
There are 5 parking spaces directly across the street from the house where you can park.
Important - I live on-site in a bedroom across the hall. I am a private person and respect other people's privacy as well. Unless you want to say hi and chat, you're welcome to do so, if not that's perfectly fine.
A non-allergenic cat lives in the house but you will not see him as he will be with me in my room.
The cozy bedroom provides a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Immerse yourself in the vibrant city and create lasting memories.

Must not be allergic to cats
The room was very large and pretty. It was not ready when I arrived at 8:30 at night. Luckily I was there to visit family in the neighborhood. When I returned a couple of hours later, I accessed the room with a key. The room, especially pillows smelled of cat. There were no towels in the lovely bathroom. The woman who manages the room was very nice, but there was hair on the toilet and tub, and laundry on the steps that I had to move to get up to the room on my first night. I was able to get a towel by request.

Awesome property and location, not a full place (unless you ask!)
This property was a short walk to the beach, and everything we needed for our stay in Oxnard. It was a great home base. My one flag for future stays is that this is a room in a house, but not a full rental. This may be OK for some stays. I was staying with my partner and we were hoping for a little more privacy, so in communicating with the host, she was understanding, responsive, and willing to move properties herself so that we could have the full property for Labor Day Weekend. Once this was sorted out, we loved our stay and the personal touches!

The description clearly states that the “entire place” is available to the renter without having to share with anyone. This was not the case at all. The owner is the room across the hall. It feels like a complete scam.

The bed was comfortable and the nights were very quiet. Large room with ceiling fan. The host was also very hospitable. The Shores Bar has good food and was very close to the property.

I had a really pleasant stay for the 4th of July weekend. The host was really nice and sweet I would recommend the place as is really quiet and close to the beach.
