3 Master Suites, Great Views and Minutes to Lake Powell

This two level townhome is clean, light and spacious. 3 en-suites, Upper level houses the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom with it's own patio for outdoor sitting.
Convenient gate in the back of the unit for ease of unloading groceries, luggage, etc. to the upper level through the kitchen.
On the lower level are 2 bedrooms and the large laundry room with dedicated sink. One of the downstairs bedrooms has it a microwave, refrigerator, a small dining table for 2 and it's own patio with seating for 2.
This dark sky community is perfect for star gazers and the daytime views can't be beat. Gas station with large convenience store is walking distance from the townhouse.
8 miles to Page, 15 miles to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Overlook. Wahweap Marina is just minutes away. A 2 hour drive will get you to several National Parks like Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon and Monument Valley.

Great place with good property management
Have stayed to cross 2025 from 2024. I have enjoyed the dawn and dusk with the view.The place is clean with all you need to make a good meal. It is close to the scenic points with hiking trails.

Beautiful view of the lake and in a quiet neighborhood! This place has all the amenities and we loved the open kitchen, living room area where we were able to gather a visit. Very clean and the manager was awesome in answering questions quickly.

Great property. We liked that each room had their own bathroom and there was a good place to park our boat. Deedee was quick to respond to our needs. The only improvement/suggestion I have would be replacing bath towels with fresh new ones. They seemed like they could you a refresh.

Perfect place to stay after a day on the lake
This is our second time staying in this lovely home. It is the perfect location close to the marina for a weekend on the lake. The home is clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you’d need. We love the big patio table and the views are amazing. We will certainly be back.

Base camp with a view
Page, AZ has a handful of National Parks within a driving distance. It was a perfect place to stop over while on a road trip. The townhome is meticulously maintained. 3 master bedrooms is a plus. There is a sofa in the living room. RO water filter helps avoiding buying bottled water. Parking in the garage helps protect the car from the sun and an occasional sand storm, which we had one day. Internet connection is solid. View of the canyon is a big bonus.

Awesome house close to Page!
The house was amazing! Our kids loved having their own room and bathroom! The host stocked the house with everything you would need! View was amazing and neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. Communication with owner was great and very responsive. Bidet in master bath was the icing on top!

Wonderful Location and Comfortable Stay
Two couples staying three nights. Plenty of room in a well appointed condo. Great views from deck. Excellent location to do activities around Page, AZ and into Utah. But please note, a full flight of stairs to get to the main living area.

The house has a great view and location, easy to get to Horshoe Bend and Antelope. The only thing we found when we got there was the dishwasher full of dirty dishes, there seemed to be something wrong with the dishwasher. But the house was great to stay with friends.

Great in Greenehaven
Greenehaven is about 9 miles north of Page and the Dam—- which is great! Dark skies reveal 1000s of stars you don’t see in most of US. Far enough away from bright lights of Page . Lots of easy access to hiking and GCRA. You The owners must be tall. We are not. Could not reach the shower head in MBR. That’s alright, there are 2 other bathrooms with tub/showers. The kitchen is superbly well-equipped and stocked. The owners use it as well. We appreciate this after having stayed in many stripped and soul-less rentals. Good quality rental. Deedee (mgr) and owners very nice!
