Wonderful Stay!
There were 6 of us, 2 adults and our 4 kids (16, 12, 10, 8). Our king bed was very comfortable! Most short term rentals will have a queen in the primary bedroom and having a king was one of my requirements. The mattress was very supportive after a long day of skiing. Our 16 year old loved her room with the queen bed, dresser and tv and her own bathroom. The three boys stated upstairs with their own tv and bathroom and really loved having their own space. The home was very clean. I enjoyed having TVs in each room and WiFi! The location is great and within walking distance to coffee and a grocery store. The downtown hot springs were about a 6-10 min drive depending on the time of day. Quiet neighborhood. Great Mountain View’s in the distance from the living room. Dining and kitchen windows. If we come back to PS, I will try and book here again. Oh! They have blow driers, little shampoo, conditioners and soaps just in case you forgot yours! Very easy check in and Check out!

There was plenty of room for all of us. I was thrilled with the dishwasher and washer and dryer as we had 2 kids under 3 with us. The location was great and the people very friendly.

Beautiful location, great view of the mountains. Ample parking, well stocked... even had a crockpot! Very clean and conveniently located to downtown Pagosa Springs as well as Wolf Creek skiing! Loved the wood burning fire place and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here gain.

We had a great time in Pagosa and this place was the perfect setting to just relax and take in the scenery. Lots of green space to walk the dog and close to coffee shop, grocery and brewery. Thanks for sharing your place!!

Good place for a group of 4
Nice end unit with good views and natural light. Good use of space with plenty of bathrooms for the guests. Kitchen is small and pretty well equipped, although there appears to a shortage of forks and the cooking utensils are scattered in many drawers. Queen bed is due to be replaced, as guests will roll to the center.

Great getaway spot
Condo was just as described! Well furnished, comfy, with a great back porch and view! Loved the loft with the extra bathroom, everyone in our group had plenty of space to call their own. The condo is close to a grocery store and several restaurants, great location.

Great property - but I don't love Vacasa
This is a fantastic condo in many ways - great floor plan, clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice end unit. The bed in the master bedroom is super comfy - the other beds are ok, but a little hard. The main bathroom has a luxurious shower head, the master bathroom not so much. Location is close to town and right off the main road, but not close enough to be bothered by road noise. We appreciated the gas grill. My main issue is dealing with Vacasa. I have rented with them before, and I have rented many times with individual owners. Especially after this stay, I greatly prefer individual owners. Here are my issues - first, it took me three days to get answers to two questions, fee for the swimming pool and whether or not there was a Blu-ray player, and then the information I got was inaccurate. They gave me the fee for the pool and hot tub, but neglected to mention that they were closed for Covid. This is something an owner would usually know. Yes, there was a Blu-ray player, but it was not connected, and I could not find a cable in the giant mass of dusty cables behind the tv. Second, we had an issue with the AC. I called the property manager, and she was going to send someone out, (that was good and responsive,) but it was Saturday evening. I told her that I kind-of figured it out, enough to avoid a weekend call, but then she never followed up. The AC thermostat was set incorrectly and was not calibrated. One of the main reasons we chose this condo was the AC. Third, and this was the most significant, the WIFI was down Friday morning. I called the property manager, left a message, and she never got back to me. Not even after our stay. Bad management in my opinion. Thankfully we had phone hotspots we could use for data. So, overall, a great vacation in a mostly-great condo, but a negative experience with Vacasa. Right now, I do not plan on renting a property that is managed by them again.

Overall, the property was clean and had everything we needed to make the most of our stay. It's very family friendly and the kids enjoyed playing out back, as well as the loft/upstairs. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Pagosa Lakes area.

Great location and views
The location of the property is fantastic. The views, and landscape are fantastic. The overall condition of the property is fair to poor. It desperately needs to be painted, windows cleaned, several items fixed, new carpeting etc. There were issues with the HVAC system but we dealt with them and informed the management company right before we left so the next visitors would not have the same problems. Once again, the entire units needs a face lift.
