Upea paikka perhejuhlia. Paikka nukkuu 20. Voit hankkia Pagosa-järvien kiinteistöjen omistajien yhdistyksen kalastusluvan ja kalastaa heti yksityiseltä laiturilta tai lähteä kajakkilla tai kanootilla kalastamaan loput järvestä tai muista järvistä, jotka sallivat kalastuksen PLPOA-alueella. Järvet eivät ole kaasujärviä, joten vain melonta ja sähkömoottorit.
Talo ei ole kaupallinen paikka. Se sijaitsee asuinalueella, joten ei ulkona elävää musiikkia eikä illalla / yöllä ulkoilua.
Hiljainen rentouttava tai hauska energinen loma (valintasi) odottaa sinua Casa Lagunalla. Tämä tilava koti tarjoaa suuren avoimen loistavan huoneen, keittiön, ruokailun ja kolme oleskelutilaa, joissa on puuhella. Järvien rannalla näiden alueiden vieressä on suuri kannella grillausmahdollisuus ruoanlaittoon, ruokailuun, viihdyttämiseen tai vain näkymän ottamiseen.

Pääosa talosta
1. Vanhuksille / vaikea kiertää, on kaksi isäntäsviittiä, joissa on kuninkaat talon pääosan pohjakerroksen tasolla, yksi kylpy on vammaisten käytettävissä. Tämä taso on myös pääosa talosta, jossa on oleskelu-, ruokailutila, keittiö, pääsisäänkäynti ja Lakefront-kansi. Se pääsee rampilla vuodenaikoina, joissa ei ole lunta.
2. Yläkerrassa on kaksi muuta king-makuuhuonetta viereisillä kylpyhuoneilla, että taso 3 käyttää myös. Voit päästä kylpyhuoneisiin tarvitsematta käydä läpi makuuhuoneita. Tällä alueella on myös parvikerroksinen pelihuone, josta on upeat näkymät tarjoava biljardipöytä.
3. Tasossa 3 on 2 pientä makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on queen-vuode. Pääset kierreportaiden kautta (yleensä lapsille / nuorille aikuisille, joiden vanhemmat ovat tasolla 2). Tällä tasolla on myös pieni yhteinen alue, jossa on taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin.
4. (Takaisin maanpintaan) TV-huoneessa on queen-vuodesohva (joka jakaa kylpyamme yhden isäntäsviitin kanssa (katso # 1))

5. Ylös 3/4 portaat ovat 2 queen makuuhuonetta, joissa jaettu kylpyhuone. Tällä alueella on myös oma erillinen keittiö ja oleskelutila, jossa on puuhella, sohva ja iso TV. Siellä on myös parvi, jossa foosball-pöytä.
6. Tämän alueen alapuolella, alas ¼ portaat, on toinen king-master-sviitti.

Siellä on kaksi erillistä keittiötä, yksi on rakennettu viihdyttämiseen kahdella suurella jääkaapilla, kahdella uunilla, kahdella mikroaaltouunilla ja kahdella astianpesukoneella. Toisessa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Suuressa keittiössä on tarjoilubaari, joka avautuu pääkerroksen ruokasali- ja oleskelutilalle. Tarjolla on täydellinen valikoima keittiötarvikkeita ja -laitteita, samoin kuin jopa kahdenkymmenen paikkaiset asetukset.

Talossa on oma venelaituri ja hieno kalastus. Pagosa-järvien kalastusluvat ovat saatavana virkistyskeskuksessa tai Pagosa-järvien kiinteistöjen omistajien yhdistystoimistossa pientä maksua vastaan. Hatcher Lake sisältää taimenta, ahventa, bassoa ja muita lajeja.

PLPOA Rec -keskuksessa on upeat kuntoilutilat, uima-allas, mailakentät jne., Jotka ovat vieraiden käytettävissä pientä maksua vastaan. Se sijaitsee alle 10 minuutin päässä kiinteistöstä.

Life by the lake
Great place for a family reunion!!! Kitchen was amazing and great for cooking for a large group. Most of the bedrooms had private bathrooms, so lots of privacy. We loved the private boat dock and spent lots of time on the lake with kayaks, paddleboards and fishing. I highly recommend this place.

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual family ski trip. Everyone had a bed, two sets of washer/dryer, huge kitchen with double appliances and fully stocked with dishes and essentials. It was clean and we had zero issues while we were there. We will be back next year! ~The Gold Family

Amazing stay in an incredible venue!!!
We booked 3 nights for our elopement ceremony with our closest friends and family (13 people total, ages 1year-50 years). We were not impressed by the level of cleaning done around the house. The smell alone was of wet animal musk Night one we found sunglasses on the floor of the living room, gutted fish in the freezer, bugs in the shower and dust/cobwebs everywhere. The front door had chipped/broken slate steps, goose poop and cigarette butts. The porch had strewn chairs, flipped tables and a fishing pole with a hook still on. After we cleaned and picked up what we could to make our stay more safe and enjoyable, we were in absolute awe of the majesty this venue had to offer. The views of Lake, mountains, and wild life were truly magical and made for lasting family photos. We would most certainly stay here again. Though we highly suggest the owner find a new cleaning company.

Perfect large family getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! It was perfect for extended family to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary. There was plenty of room for all the families to sleep comfortably, and we loved kayaking on the lake and playing pool. The owner was very communicative and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing stay!
This place is breathtakingly gorgeous! Pictures do not do it justice! We stayed with a huge family group and the house has a place for everyone! It has everything you will need and then some. We went for the week after Christmas and this place looks like a Winter Wonderland. Deals, the owner, is so easy to communicate with and extremely helpful with anything you need during your stay. We will definitely be back!!!

This property was perfect! The house was huge and able to accommodate all of my family. We were in town for the convenience of shopping but close to skiing, snowmobiling, and dog sledding.

Nice quiet getaway in a residential neighborhood, not a party house.
This beautiful home is in a residential community so you are not allowed to be loud, play music out on the deck, have kids that may run around playing and being rowdy. One particular neighbor across the lake was very nosey, called and complained and had the authorities come by the first night at 7pm because the stereo was supposedly too loud. Also, there is NO swimming in the lake, which it does not state on the description before booking. Also FYI the pool, is at the recreation center down the road, not on the property. The doors don't lock very well, the porch lighting only stays on for about 3min. Then it's pitch black.. so have flash lights if you happen to need something from your vehicle at night. Other than these issues, the house was spacious, had everything from pots, pans, dishes, 2 kitchens, towels, washers, dryers, bedding, etc. One of the main refrigerators wasn't working, my husband had to reset it. The ovens and stoves didn't work adequately but did the job(We had to wait a good 30-45 min longer for meals to cook). Overall it's perfect for quiet, relaxing stays.. no music out on the deck or large parties (groups) as you will be loud no matter what you do.

Wonderful family get-together
This home was so perfect for our large family get-together! We’ve returned multiple times now and is always so fun. Plenty of space inside, awesome private dock steps from the back door and breathtaking views. The owner was helpful and great to work with. The house had extra kayaks, fishing poles and life jackets - making family lake activities convenient for those that flew in and safe. Easy check-in and out process. House is well stocked with all the basics - pots, pans, multiple ovens and fridges. We had such a great time and cannot wait to return! Highly recommend Casa Laguna.

Worth every penny!
We had 14 family members meet at the house to spend the week together. It was perfect! Just enough room to be far enough apart when needed but close enough to make memories. The kids stayed active with fishing and paddling on the canoes and kayaks. The lake is beautiful and so quiet. It was just what we needed. Derald was super attentive and answered all of our questions from the time we booked until the day we arrived. The house manager, Carrie, made herself available quickly for an alarm that was beeping even leaving us extra batteries in case others went out. We will be back for sure, we have already started planning.

Most frustrating experience we could of had since internet is either non functional or weak.
The property is beautiful, but the lack of ability to communicate from the property is horrific! Had to drive 20 min to town in order to make phone calls. This is the perfect place if you have no desire or need to communicate with the outside world. Thank God there was not an emergency! Although there were rumors internet was out in the area, save yourself the headache and rent a hotel!

Amazing New Year's celebration during pandemic
We spent a safe and very fun last week of 2020 in Pagosa Springs primarily due to choosing this amazing property as our hub during the COVID pandemic. Our group of 3 families ( eleven people) decided we couldn't have found a better location for spending the last week of 2020, during the pandemic in a safer and more fun way! The kitchen, most frequented place is huge! It consists of 2 stoves, 2 microwaves , 2 dishwashers and 2 huge fridges! We prepared all meals inside and celebrated New Year's at the centrally located dining table which seats 12 people. The living room is open and the large windows allowed us to enjoy the wintery scenery ( lake was frozen and covered with snow) . Bedrooms are large and bathrooms are well stocked . The wood burning fireplace required for our teenage kids to spend time together while cleaning, starting and enjoying the fireplace. We also enjoyed the pool table located at the first floor, in other words this is a house where you can have some me time as well as spend time together with family and friends. We took lots of pictures and built wonderful memories in this house! Unfortunately, we did not use it at it's full potential ( since it fits up to 20 people) but we definitely consider going back with a larger group, once pandemic ends!

Beautiful property!
This property is located outside of Pagosa Springs in a residential neighborhood. It is steps from a lake and has gorgeous views. The layout of the home is perfect for large groups or multiple families. Although we enjoyed a few days staying here for Christmas, this home would be ideal to rent any time of the year. The property owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent place for large groups
This was a great house that could sleep all 13 of us. This was a work retreat that included working most of the time. The media room was perfect for our sessions. The home had all the kitchen supplies you could need to prepare meals & desserts. Beds were very comfortable, view was spectacular! Pool table and kayaks were great for entertainment when we took breaks. The home is exactly as pictured. Derald was easy to reach and explained everything perfectly. Definitely would book again!

AMAZING
This place is INCREDIBLE. You cannot find a water front property like this in Colorado. It is also HUGE. I was there for my 31st birthday with 14 friends and there was room for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was incredible, easily arranged and early check in and late check out. 2 canoes, 3 kayaks, and fishing poles available for use. We caught fish right off the dock, enjoyed using the pool table inside. The back deck is huge with amazing views. The lake wasn’t busy at all, we were the only ones out there on the weekend.
