The lower level of Creekside Cabin is a lovely, dog-friendly apartment with a wood stove and exterior spaces that include a ground-floor patio, BBQ, and seasonal outdoor living room! Just steps from downtown Pagosa, you're within an easy stroll of shops, restaurants, and the town's famous hot springs. Winter activities abound in our beautiful San Juan Mountains. Kids will love grabbing the sleds and sliding down the snowy hill just outside the home's front door. Or, load up your skis and boards and head 30 minutes up the mountain to Wolf Creek Ski Resort. The lower level of Creekside Cabin makes perfect mountain getaway.
Please note that this listing is for Creekside DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT ONLY. The entire home, upstairs and downstairs, can rented as well (see listing for Creekside Cabin Upper & Lower House), creating a wonderful setup for two families of skiers, hikers, or foliage enthusiasts.

- Non-smoking residence (including outside)
- Dog-friendly for a nightly pet fee and signed pet agreement. No other animals allowed without specific prior approval.
- Must be 21 years old to reserve home
-There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
- No parties or number of people staying than are paid for. These are cause for eviction with no refund
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home
- Ask about extended stay rates
