Beautiful house with estetical detal. Small swimming pool and big garden. Great landscape with ocean and mountain. Near small city La Pared. To the black beach is 10 minut on foot. Wonderfull place!

Kurzum: Von uns gibt es 10 von 10 Punkten. Die Finca ist wunderschön, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Das Ganze in unfassbar schöner Lage - sogar die Brandung ist zu hören. Privatsphäre ist garantiert - Ruhe und Entspannung pur. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind einfach nur wunderschön. Wir kommen aus dem Schwärmen nicht raus. Beim Rückflug flossen Tränen. Von daher waren wir garantiert nicht das letzte Mal dort. @Joaquin: Once more many thanks for an amazing vacation and this wonderful experience :-)

Die Finca hatte alles was man braucht, der Vermieter war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Ruhe und die Umgebung waren einfach zauberhaft. Wenn noch mal Fuerteventura dann wieder dort hin.

Nella bella casa di Joaquin ci siamo trovati molto bene. E’ un’ampia villa circondata da un giardino, con un patio dove godersi colazione e gli atti pasti, affacciato su di una piscina di dimensioni non particolarmente grandi dove, tornati alla sera dopo una giornata passata al sole delle bellissime e grandi spiaggia di Fuerteventura, era piacevole farsi un bagno. Sorge in una zona molto tranquilla, come piace a noi, lontana dalle brutte urbanizzazioni che si trovano sulla costa. Necessaria un auto per potersi muovere e raggiungere in poco tempo le indimenticabili spiagge che si trovano in Costa Calma e Morro Jable. La casa è meglio che nelle foto un po’ datate sul sito e super accessoriata come potrebbe essere una casa di città. Al nostro attivo, purtroppo in tarda ora, anche perché non è stato proprio facile trovarla, abbiamo gradito molto trovare cibo, snack acqua e vino che hanno brillantemente risolto il problema della cena. Un grazie a Margherita che ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze e che ha provveduto a metà soggiorno a far fare una pulizia della casa e cambio biancheria completo. E a Joaquin che è prontamente intervenuto una volta segnalato un problema. Le camere da letto molto confortevoli, unico neo un bagno che avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernato con una vasca doccia scomoda e bidet purtroppo non funzionante. Ciò nonostante siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta e consigliamo casa Simbi a tutti coloro che amano una vacanza tranquilla, rilassante

Casa Simbi ist wahrlich eine Oase der Stille! Viel eigenes Land, absolute Ruhe, Sonne und Wind und eine Dachterrasse für unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge! Die Vermieter rührend bemüht und ihre Hunde allerliebst! Das Haus mit viel warmen Holz und einer Atmosphäre kompletter Entschleunigung ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und sagen DANKE für alles!

Schöne Finca mit Pool
Das Haus und die lage sind wirklich schön. Das Haus ist sehr schön und Detailverliebt eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte sind im guten zustand vorhanden. Der Garten mit Pool und Außendusche hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist zum Sonnenuntergang fantastisch.Wir haben hier fantastische 2 Wochen mit vielen Ausflügen genossen. Joaquin, unser Vermieter ,war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank

We spent very nice vacation days in Casa Simbi. The house met our expectations, everything was perfect and the communication with the host Quino was very nice and personable. He constantly tried to ensure that everything was for the best and also gave us a lot of new interesting information. Above all, we enjoyed the wonderful tranquility, the beautiful landscape and in the evening the wonderful sunset and fantastic starry sky from the roof terrace! We will be very happy to come back...

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Wir, zwei Pärchen (zwischen 25 und 35), sind total begeistert von Joaquins Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft ist so viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ideal für 4 Personen. Die Austattung war wirklich top! Es war alles da was man brauchte. Sogar eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Der nächste Supermarkt ist knapp 5 Autominuten entfernt. Costa Calma, ein wirklich schöner Strand, ist knapp 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Gärtner hat das Grundstück auch ständig sauber gehalten. Die Kommunikation mit Joaquín ist sehr angenehm verlaufen. Ein sehr entspannter und freundlicher Vermieter! Immer hilfsbereit und mit Herzblut dabei. Roke, der Golden Retriever, hat uns täglich besucht um einfach mit uns zu chillen. Wirklich, sehr empfehlenswert!!! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Joaquín!

Wir waren begeistert über das schöne Haus, das sehr geschmackvoll und harmonisch eingerichtet ist. Die ruhige Lage mit dem traumhaften Garten mit Pool hat für einen erholsamen Urlaub beigetragen. Dans un endroit isolé du tourisme de masse mais dans un lieu magnifique avec une petite plage à proximité et de jolies falaises sables. Idéal pour visiter le sud de l'île loin des complexes touristiques. La maison n'est pas très grande mais très bien aménagée et surtout on s'y sent très bien. la piscine n'est pas très grande ni très profonde mais suffisante pour un petit bain rafraîchissant. attention il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la maison mais on peut faire des courants d'air pour profiter de l'air frais de la nuit. La maison est situé sur un très grand jardin avec une vue sur la presqu'île de Jianda avec quelques habitations autour ( avec des chiens !) mais sans commerces ni animations . Vraiment très chouette pour un séjour dépaysant et zen. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location pleine de charme

La casa es perfecta. Hay una paz increíble y cerca hay dos playas salvajes desde donde hay unas puestas de sol espectaculares. He estado con mi mujer y mi hijo y ha sido una semana perfecta.

Alojamiento tranquilo y súper equipado
El alojamiento es fiel reflejo de las fotos colgadas en el anuncio. Lo que no se ve en las fotos es la tranquilidad que se respira y lo muy bien equipada que esta la casa que dispone desde tostadora, hasta lavavajillas, lavadora y barbacoa. Totalmente recomendable para quien busque un alojamiento tranquilo alejado del bullicio …. para eso está el coche

Séjour idyllique
Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans la Casa Simbad. La maison, dont plusieurs pièces sont conçues comme un bateau, est pleine de charme et très plaisante à vivre. Elle est aussi très bien équipée et très propre, bon confort de la literie. L'extérieur - jardin et piscine - est beaucoup plus grand que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Il est très agréable de prendre du bon temps sur la terrasse, au soleil, entouré de palmiers. La maison est située dans un endroit un peu isolé, loin de l'agitation touristique, au milieu de magnifiques paysages (vue sur Jandia incroyable !), tout près de jolies petites plages (pas forcément propices à la baignade par contre). Il ne faut par contre pas avoir peur de vent qui souffle bien par ici (mais c'est le cas partout sur l'île...), à noter que la terrasse est bien protégée du vent. Costa Calma et ses commerces sont à seulement 15 min, ce qui rend facile l'achat de nourriture. Plages de la Pared tout près aussi. Contacts très faciles avec les propriétaires, toujours prompts à répondre à nos questions. Bref, ce n'est que du bonheur ! Nous reviendrons très certainement. Fuerteventura nous a séduit, et le séjour dans la Casa Simbad a fini de rendre notre séjour idyllique.
