The property is surrounded by trees and vegetation to guarantee al the privacy, a large grass garden hosts the swimming pool 8x4, the terrace with sunbeds for relaxing during the sunny days, a spacious covered terrace is equipped with sofas and armachairs where to admire the beautiful sunsets on the sea, and a dining area with table and chairs for al fresco dinners, is also available a BBQ for delicious meals.

Directly from the terrace we enter in the living room, a really bright and cozy ambient, thanks also to the large glass sliding doors to admire the outside, there are sofas, the TV a dining area with table and chairs, in a separated ambient the fully equipped kitchen, with a modern and linear style offers all the amenities to prepare delicious meals together, there is a direct access to the outside, from a secondary door.

Villa La Vida can easly accomodate up 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, well furnished and really spacious, one room is located on the ground floor with a private access to the external spaces, it has a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower.
The other three rooms are located on the first floor, one with a double bed, share the bathroom with the third room thta has two single beds. The last room has a double bed, private bathroom with shower.

This porperty will guarantee a special holiday in Costa Brava with the friends and the family, offering any kind of comfort like the Wi fi connection, DVD player, air conditioning, combo washing-dryer machine.



Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard
Children welcome
Pets not allowed
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
