This is not a hotel. It is a bedroom and adjoining bathroom in this guys apartment. The guy cannot speak English and my Italian is not good. Did not see him at all after getting in on first night despite trying to get some help with the wifi key. Stayed three nights and would not return. Did not even see La Terrazza.

La posizione della casa è molto strategica, in solo 10 minuti a piedi si è già nel centro storico della città ed è facilmente raggiungibile sia dall'aeroporto sia dalla stazione centrale. La casa è grande (si ha a disposizione una stanza e un bagno privati), i proprietari (presenti nella struttura ma non per questo invadenti, anzi...) sono sempre stati molto gentili e dare consigli su cosa visitare e in quali luoghi particolari andare, il tutto spendendo molto meno che in hotel.

L'ospitalità di Salvatore, è stata la verità del racconto del Sud. Cortesia, disponibilità e sorriso aperto sono le qualità personali che ci hanno messo a nostro agio. La casa situata in un quartiere strategico, vicinissimo al Palazzo dei Normanni e la bellissima via Vittorio Emanuele. Informazioni precise e dettagliate sia sui luoghi della città che i ristoranti. Ne vous fiez surtout pas à l'environnement (rue, quartier) très palermitain (et qui peut en effrayer certains). L'appartement est proche de toutes les commodités (transports à moins de 2 minutes à pieds, commerces), magnifique (propre et très bien tenu) et la terrasse est immense. Par dessus tout, l'accueil est formidable. Salvatore vous prodiguera tous les conseils nécessaires (bonnes adresses, visites à faire, etc.) et se montrera serviable au possible pour toutes les questions que vous pourriez vous poser, ou pour résoudre vos éventuels problèmes. Je recommande vivement cette location tant pour l'appartement lui-même que pour la gentillesse de son propriétaire : une adresse à ne pas manquer pour quiconque découvre la Sicile ou y retourne. Grazie mille per tutto!

Alles wunderbar. Salvatore ist ein super Gastgeber. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist relativ zentral, zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum oder zum Hauptbahnhof kommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Ottima sistemazione, posto accogliente e sopratutto pulito. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. 5 minuti dall'università/stazione palazzo reale. Struttura molto bella, soprattutto la terrazza. Ci tornerò di sicuro.

Fantastico

Ho alloggiato 4 notti alla terrazza nascosta. Sono state 4 notti davvero tranquille e rilassanti, con tutti i confort, aria condizionata, riscaldamenti e tutto. L’albergatore oltre ad essere molto gentile e disponibilissimo mi ha dato modo anche di utilizzare la cucina e tutto quello che potessi trovare in casa. Tutto davvero molto pulito e sistemato. A Palermo io non sceglierei altro
