A lot of the lights do not work, the Wi-Fi went out half trip, the pool doesn’t look clean it has a green color.

Family Thanksgiving trip
Would not stay here again. While plenty of beds or bedrooms for our group, the pool was not pre-heated and was still too cold 3 days later. We were issued a partial refund for this but little comfort for all our disappointed grandkids. No bakeware, no kitchen towels, not enough bath towels, not even a potholder in the place. The trash that was piled up out in the front yard was all over the street and yard as the buzzards circled and picked through it non stop. It stunk. This was not a good experience and I’m very disappointed. Will never rent here or from this owner again.

Girls weekend
Friday to Sunday get away. Location was great, House was a great set up for a bunch of friends to hang out by the pool. Could have used a few more towels but other than that, no complaints! Thank you!

It was the time to take a vacation and have some time with the friends and family we choose this house and we are so glad that we did! The house was really clean the kitchen was really big and nice swimming pool was incredible and we loved the Jacuzzi I recommend this place💙

Disappointed
A little disappointing. Heated pull was what sold us but when we got there the pool wasn’t even working. Reached out to the owner via text, got no response but he did send someone out. We were there 3 days before the pool was warm enough for us to basically jump in and out. There were roaches in the kitchen, and someone’s McDonald’s in the fridge when we got there. This is a trip we do every year. Needless to say we won’t be renting this property again.

Amazing Place
The house is beautiful and had more than enough space for our group to spend the weekend. Check in was easy and I specifically loved that everything was labeled so you don’t have to waste time trying to figure out all the switches. The only hiccup we had wad that the pool heater didn’t turn on so it was really cold during the night. During sunlight, however, it wasn’t as cold. Overall this place was a great place to spend the weekend. 10/10 recommended.

Nice for large families
The house was well kept and provided everything my large family needed. I expected 5 true bedrooms but there are double beds in the open loft that you walk by to get to a bedroom, but the area was still nice. The only downfall was the bathroom near garage. Kind of a weird arrangement and very tight. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the pool, it's proximity to the beach and open living room floor plan. Communication with owner was excellent. I'd recommend this home to anyone going to the area.

Will never rent a house off of that man again
Was very disappointed when we got there the place was dirty the pool was really dirty I called the owner to let him know about the pool he had someone there the next day to service the pool the pool pump was broke the guy who serviced it said it had been that way for a while the owner called me on Thursday to let me know the pool guy was coming back and I told him about the house being so dirty I told him he needs a better cleaning company to clean there was a lot of trash under the beds that I cleaned out

Nice house
It was a really nice house, and spacious. I found old pizza under the bed, and a bug under the coach. Didn’t panic lol, but the house was pretty big and the master bedroom was my favorite. Just work on the cleanliness more. I would refer someone here.

Joel was a great communicator. Our Crew enjoyed the house each evening/night - we were there on a work related trip. The home was clean, and Joel made sure, before we arrived we had all relevant information and anything we needed on arrival. We hope to book again soon!

Needs attention
The house is as it looks but no maintenance has been done. I booked this first without reading the reviews & was hesitant but it was what my sisters & I had all agreed upon. I never got instructions on how to enter the property & had to call Joel onsite & he didn’t even know what property I was at. Not a very warm welcome. All of the linen was filthy & washing machine didn’t work well. We ended up buying new sheets & towels. The floors needed a good mop. We thought we had a 11 checkout but cleaning service said it was 10 when they showed up. Told them about the issues & they said they had were not aware of 11 checkout which I showed them on my app.. and they said they told Joel about the issue with the water reason why linen wasn’t very clean.. it’s COVID season folks! It was very disgusting. Beautiful home indeed just needed some attention.

Excellent property and an excellent host!
Joel was a great host right from the start. He promptly contacted me after booking and stayed in contact with us consistently. He answered our questions while staying at the property promptly as well. The property is absolutely beautiful. We had some family in from out of state and we wanted to go spend some time at the beach. Joel's home was the perfect place for that. The pool is amazing and the upstairs area with video games inculded was the perfect spot for our teens to hang out. The master bathroom itself is worth the price of admission. The quick and easy drive to the beach was a huge plus as well. Highly recommend this property and will likely book again!

Decent place
We booked our stay semi-last minute because of another vacation plan falling through due to the virus. The house was decent but not spectacular. The descriptions are pretty accurate. The beds in all of the rooms are pretty small. My wife and I slept in separate rooms because the bed in the master was small (not sure what size). The 2nd to last night we did spot some roaches but we didn't see any other times. I also understand we are in Florida and bugs happen. There was also a major bug problem in the drain in the master. The grill outside was disgusting. It it so bad it just needs to be replaced. You could smell it all around the pool at certain times. Its just never seen a brush or soap and water in its lifetime. I will say that these are minor issues that can happen in any house. Overall, we loved spending time at the pool which was nice. The saltwater pool was a plus for sure. The drive to the beach was kind of a pain but again, we knew this going in based on its accurate description. It is about 10-12 minutes to Flagler Beach. For a last minute trip this house was just fine. For us, next time, we would probably spend the extra money and stay a little closer to the beach and a bit nicer but this definitely worked in a pinch.

Our stay in Palm Coast, Fl
Overall, we were satisfied with a few minor hiccups. We liked the house, it was very spacious and beautiful. It’s in a nice neighborhood and seems to be pretty quiet. Has a nice, big kitchen with all the appliances you would need for a stay. Has a few pots and pans and plenty of dishes and utensils. We had an issue with the washing machine not working, but we contacted the owner and he replaced it within a day or two. The freezer didn’t really freeze, just got cold. We also notified the owner and he said he would look into it. It states the pool is heated, but we couldn’t notice any heated water coming in. It is a nice pool otherwise. We had 11 people in our group and had no issue with space. The first night of our stay, one of the neighbors complained we were too loud, but had no other complaints after that. It takes about 18-20 minutes to get to Flagler Beach, depending on traffic.
