•Located in the hallway, our storage closet is stocked with any extra things you may need to make your vacation feel more like a home. Including a sounds machine, extra pool and diving toys, a pool toy pump, toolbox, first aid kit, iron, ironing board, bug spray, sunscreen, aloe vera, fly swatters, a vacuum, steam mop and clean mop pads, broom and dustpan, laundry basket, close drying rack, extra propane tank and the awning handle to open the shade pergola.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, pets should not be left unattended in the home and are not allowed in pool.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Monday and Thursday; he comes and goes through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. However, rest assured that the property offers a private, peaceful retreat, perfect for social gatherings without concerns about noise. While the neighborhood lacks many sidewalks, it’s ideal for those who prefer a more relaxed environment, though it may not be the best for long walks with dogs. The home is particularly suited for adults looking to enjoy the lively, diverse energy and the unique charm of Palm Springs. Please consider this when planning your stay, as it may not offer the conveniences typically sought for family visits.

• Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing. Max 4 cars
• Per the city rules, we are able to accommodate 6 overnight guests over 13 years old and 2 overnight guests 12-years-old and younger for a total of 8 guests.
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. Dogs are not permitted in pool
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed. Fines apply
