Well-appointed, spacious home in Palm Springs
We stayed at this property between Christmas and New Years and loved it. We were two families - four adults and four teens. We had plenty of space to spread out and there was a lot for everyone to do - from the pool and hot tub, to the billiards table, ping pong, darts, and foosball. There is a grocery store within two minutes, so we were able to stock up on food and drinks. The main downtown and nearly all the key sightseeing activities are within an easy 10-15 minute drive from the house. Diana was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The only thing I did not know in advance is that the house is within the flight path for airplanes flying in and out of the airport - the sound of the jets is fairly loud, starting early morning, so just be aware if you are sensitive to noise. The neighborhood is quiet otherwise. Would highly recommend!

Thanksgiving memories
I am always worried that pictures can be deceiving but I'm glad to say that this home was everything posted and more. Everything was wonderfu! so many options to entertain so many different types of age groups and people and was very sad to leave. Thank you for an amazing place to hive my family memories forever!

Great house to rent
This is a wonderful house to rent in Palm Springs. It’s really a great home for family gatherings. I have to say I was very impressed by Diana the owner. What a wonderful lady! The house was very clean and Chic (Modern) Definitely I’ll rent this beautiful house again. Thank you very much Diana for everything!

Perfect Location
This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend with a small group of friends for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house was clean and open, and the pool and other amenities were great! The location of the property was ideal as it was close to the airport, grocery store, and the downtown area. Communication with Diana was easy and she always responded quickly.

Great house for a full Palm Springs feel
Nicola Sun has a mini-resort pool feel and is ideal for a party. The back patio is really nice in the mornings and the house is laid out nicely. One additional restroom would be nice.

FANTASTIC!!!! Birthday Celebration House
I took my 18 year old daughter and her friends to Palm Springs for 2 nights to celebrate her birthday during COVID. This house has it all! Plenty of room for relaxing around the pool in the shade or the sun. We used the disco lights for dance parties and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and BBQ area. The owners have really thought of everything you could want. I would definitely stay again. There is a very nice Albertsons within a 1 minute drive with plenty of great food options for to go food. Patio areas are perfect for enjoying the deserts spectacular weather!

Five Star Family Spring Break!
My family of four enjoyed our stay at this Palm Springs House. We loved the pool, and the additional game activities. Communication with the host Diana was easy and she always replied to our questions immediately. This house is perfect for a family get away, however I can also imagine booking it for an all girls weekend! Thank You Again!

The Perfect Spot
I’m so glad I came across this rental. It was the perfect place! The front and backyard is covered with walls and trees and makes you forget there’s any houses around you. Home was so clean and had anything you needed. Kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms had hairdryer, and shampoo and even had a brand new toothbrush and toothpaste. It had tons of entertainment. Pool table, blackjack, ping pong, darts, and even a disco ball lights you could turn on. Pool was sparkling clean and even had things to float on. Also a fire pit, and grill! At night there was some cool little lights that came on that made it feel so relaxing. Backyard has a little bench swing and grass area with trees which I loved. Jack is the best host. Very friendly and messages you back with promptness! If you ever need a house to rent in Palm Springs Jacks house is definitely the place to be!

Best Vacation Rental by far!
The best experience i have had on any vacation rental! Jack was an excellent host. He is very accommodating and understanding. The house was super clean and it had all the amenities you would need and then some. Has a pool, spa, pool table, ping pong table, card table, tv's in all the rooms, he even had multi-type usb chargers for all phones/electronics. So many great things about this rental to name. Great location, great house, great host! Rent this house!
