Aerial Tram right around the corner, along with downtown Palm Springs strip offering dining, nightlife, shops etc. This beautiful home is located just minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. Large backyard has a private pool and spa & built-in BBQ for your enjoyment including covered Gazebo. STR Registration Number: STR-004436. There is an additional fee for pool and jacuzzi heat. (75 for 10 hours pool and 60 for 6 hours jacuzzi. PLEASE NOTE: during December through March months, the first day pool heat fee is $140 as it requires a lot more gas to reach its temperature during the cold season, any day thereafter is $75 per day). pool and jacuzzi cannot be on simultaneously. Fees are non refundable once paid. Please note that Jacuzzi may not heat to its fullest during high windy or cold season.
