Tervetuloa Villa Amelitaan, City ID # 3717. Villa Amelita sijaitsee vuoristossa kauniissa Pikku-Toscanan naapurustossa. Se on yksityinen pyhäkkösi minuutin päässä Palm-joen keskustasta. Näkemykset ovat todella mahtavat. Harjoittele golfpelisi upouudessa ammattimaisesti suunnitellussa vihreänä!Tämä ainutlaatuinen kiinteistö sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä Palm Canyonin keskusta-alueiden suunnittelupiiristä, joka sijaitsee reilusti yli puolella hehtaarin ja lisää yli 3600 neliömetriä asuintilaa. Huvilassa on 5 tilavaa makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone, myös erillinen Casita. Makuuhuoneet virtaavat upeaan ulkopuolelle ranskalaisten ovien kautta, jotka avautuvat yksityisille terasseille. Perfection
I cannot think of enough superlatives to describe this house. Decor is beautiful, layout is terrific, kitchen is great, and the backyard is magnificent. You feel like you are in your own private resort.It is perfect for families. Lots of activities and wonderful pool and hot tub.Clare is a terrific host, responds quickly to questions and is very accommodating . Absolutely the best.

Repeat stay at Villa Amelita
Having had a previous stay during the holidays, our family elected to return to this wonderful property that had plenty of room for all of us. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with bathrooms that were spotless. We also enjoyed time in the hot tub, relaxing during our holiday break. We made many fine meals and snacks in the spacious kitchen. The host was easily accessible throughout our stay and answered questions very quickly. Overall, this was a great stay once again and I highly recommend.

We stayed in this place, I, a grandmother, with two adult children and their families. The place is stocked well with two washers and dryers. Everything worked properly and ample space. The location was very central to many activities and restaurants. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Lovely Home in Little Tuscany
We are 3 couples who travel to Palm Springs every year. Via Amelita is a beautiful property that we will return to in 2025. It boasts 4 bedrooms with en-suite baths, a well appointed chef’s kitchen, a separate casita that we used as our “office” and an expansive outdoor pool and spa area. Clare, the owner is by far the most responsive host that we have ever encountered during all of our years using VRBO. We had a slight issue heating the spa and she took care of it immediately. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, but very close to stores, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend for a vacation in the desert.

Great VRBO
Great Location! Central to everything Palm Springs. Clare was on top of everything and communication was great. Excellent property. All bedrooms have their own bath and access to the back yard. Property is really nice and well appointed. I would definitely recommend this property!

This property was perfect for us, a group of siblings in town for a family wedding. Tons of space for meals together and time alone. Host was responsive. Pool and spa were great as was firepit. Walking distance to main street. Topnotch experience.

We (8 of us) went to PSP and stayed at Villa Amelita in the Little Tuscany neighborhood. This was a retirement trip and the majority of us are L/E. Clare was awesome and very responsive - we were able to check in early. The property was beautiful and the pool a welcome since the lowest temp for our stay was 99 degrees! I personally love the heat! We walked every day in the neighborhood and everyone is so friendly! Loved the property - thank you for a great time!

Amazing girls weekend
Our group of college friends had the absolute best time celebrating our 50th birthdays at this property. Clare provided great communication and ideas for our trip. The layout of the house was perfect with tons of beautiful outdoor space. The location was perfect for accessing everything Palm Springs has to offer. We highly recommend it, and we will be back!

This is just a beautiful property, well stocked kitchen and attention to details with linens, bedding and cleanliness. Great Family Reunion Location!
After our mother's celebration of life, the 5 siblings and their spouses enjoyed 4 nights at the home. It was a great location, we had fun in the pool, and cooked a few meals together in the large kitchen and enjoyed at the dinner table. Everyone had their own room and bathroom - we loved it and would definitely come back. Thank you, Clare!

Perfect Stay in the Perfect Home
This house provides everything you'd want for a Palm Springs stay -- it's beautiful, spacious, private, and so comfortable. We never wanted to leave during the days, and thanks to the incredible outdoor space, you don't have to -- there is so much to do on the property. I've gone to Palm Springs every year for the past decade and never had as enjoyable of a stay as I did here. Clare, the property owner, was very attentive, responsive, and kind. For weeks leading up to our check-in, she was sure to answer all of my questions, provide necessary information, and share her contact info for any immediate needs. Regenia, the property manager, was equally as lovely -- showing up upon our arrival for a quick and seamless check-in. This house somehow exceeded any and all expectations, which was a tall order for me and my 10 friends who were visiting from the east coast. Will absolutely be rebooking this property next year.

This villa is gorgeous!
We had a wonderful stay at villa Amelita. The house is fully equipped and clean, the rooms are large and the outdoor terrace is huge. We were 9 adults and we were very comfortable. Clare is incredibly kind and responds quickly to requests for information both before and during the stay. I recommend this place without hesitation, you will have a remarkable stay. We would definitely go back.

we checked in via the Owner, Clare, who was great and very quick to respond to any questions. another person was supposed to meet us at the house but never showed, nor did we ever meet her. not sure what was going on there. the hot water in the casita was not up to par. however everything else about this house was great. it was not as clean as we thought it should have been when we checked in...but overall, I give it an A. owner gets an A+
