Tämä ei ole tyypillinen Palm Springsin loma-asunto. Tämä mini keskikokoinen lomakeskus on perustettu West Elmin, Williams-Sonoman sivukonttorin osana osana modernismiviikkoa 2017. KANSALLISEN MERKINNÄN KANSSA LUOMINEN KORKEA TYÖSKENTELY
The West Elm House 2017: Alexander oli idea-talo, joka on luotu inspiroimaan ja ohjaamaan arkkitehtuuria ja design-harrastajia, kun kyse on keskiajan kotiin nykyaikaistamisesta. Se oli kiertueella Palm Springsin modernismin viikon 2017 aikana ja on ollut esillä Kalifornian kotitalouksien lehdessä. Hemmottele itseäsi lomalla tässä Living Show -huoneessa, joka on ihanteellinen "Midcentury to Next-Century Transformation", jonka 1950-luvun kotimainen koti rakennettiin alun perin Alexander Construction Companyn rakentamana ja jonka sitten muutti Solterra Builders. West Elmin suunnittelutiimi käytti luonnonmukaisen, käsityönä valmistetun, kestävän sohvan, pöydän, sängyn, valaistuksen ja lisävarusteiden tuotevalikoimaansa tämän klassisen kodin toimittamiseksi (noin 1958).

SISUSTUSKESKUKSET
Ehdottomasti upea uusinta. Tämä ominaisuus on kunnostettu kunnolla - kunnioittaen sen arkkitehtonista sukutaulua ja päivittämällä sitä nykyään. Peruskorjaus säilytti alkuperäisen avoimen konseptin pohjapiirroksen, ikkunat, kiillotetut betonilattiat ja ikoniset posti- ja palkkikatot, samalla kun se teki täysin uuden "vuosisadan" makeoverin uusilla keittiöillä ja kylpyillä, nopea internetyhteys, päivitetty ilmastointijärjestelmä. 4 Älykkäät televisiot ja iPod-latausasemat. Koko talon etu- ja takaosassa on siirrettävät lasiseinät, jotka hämärtävät sisä- ja ulkotilojen välistä linjaa todellisessa Palm Springs -tyyliin.

TAPAHTUMATTOMAT VUOSIT
Kaikissa huoneissa on runsaasti säilytystilaa, taulutelevisiot ja mukavat king-kokoiset patjat. Makuuhuoneessa on vaatehuone, oleskelualue, suora pääsy uima-altaalle ja kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta ja deluxe-suihku, joka yhdistää ulkona. Kaksi kuninkaan huonetta on oma pihapiiri - jokaisessa on oma takka-oleskelutila, ulkosuihku ja upeat vuoristomaisemat.

ULKOPUOLISET OIKEUKSET
Täysin aidattuja yksityisyyttä varten koko omaisuus tuntuu hyväpalkkaiselta lomakeskukselta, jossa on suuri uima-allasalue, ulkona asuva paviljonki, pelialue, 5 palo-ominaisuutta, 3 ulkosuihkua, ulkosalla ruokailu, kaasugrilli ja uima-altaan lepotuolit. Hienostunut moderni tyyli täyttää 1950-luvun tunteen luoda tämä upea ulkotila, jolla on varmasti Wow-tekijä.

SIJAINTI
Tämä upea koti sijaitsee rauhallisella asuinalueella, Palm Springsissä, Little Beverly Hillsin alueella, joka on 84 yhden perheen kodin intiimi erillisalue, jonka kaikki rakennuttivat Alexander Construction Company (muutaman Meiselmansin kehällä) vuosina 1957–1989. Christmas in the Desert

West Elm House was a perfect place for us to be together as a family for Christmas! There were 5 of us; there was plenty of room for everyone to be together in one place comfortably and also many different areas inside and out for people to 'get away'. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted - which was important to us - since we would be eating 2 different holiday meals there. It was perfect!

Amazing Property for our family

We had an awesome stay at the West Elm house. Every last detail of this home allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. We ended up canceling restaurant reservations just to stay and enjoy the back yard and perfect setup. We will be back again!

Our Own Resort

Our family of four spent a wonderful five days and nights at the West Elm House: Alexander. It was like having our own resort. The pictures of the house were great and had our hopes up, but arriving in person it was even better that we expected. Inside and out. The house was great. Also, ACME, the property manager, was great. There was an item missing in the kitchen which they had delivered within a few hours. They checked in repeatedly too to see if we needed everything. We would definitely go back and would definitely recommend the West Elm House: Alexander.

An Amazing Staycation!

We visited during an extreme heat wave and were comfortable beyond our expectations! The house stayed cool, the pool was perfect, and we were still able to create an open feeling between the indoor and outdoor areas. The pool gets plenty of shade in the afternoons, but there was also still plenty of areas for sunbathing. The pool cleaner came twice while we were there, which was much appreciated and needed since the wind blows debris into the pool each night. The only issues we had were with the dishwasher, which didn’t seem to get anything clean, although it could’ve been user error. There were also very few kitchen utensils for cooking, but we made it work! First world problems. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Acme!

Relaxing stay in Mid century modern dream

We had the best stay at the West Elm house! The home is absolutely beautiful and super clean. Beds are very comfy and the backyard is perfection! We loved how the pool had a nice shallow pad which was perfect for our kids, age 2 and 5. The pool area is shaded around 3pm, which was nice, even though it was only in the mid 80s during our stay. The flowering plants near the pool smelled wonderful which was a nice surprise. It was all just so dreamy and wonderful that my husband and I decided we would most definitely want to stay here again in the fall. We didn’t want to leave!

Exceeded All Expectations

In the current pandemic environment, we set a goal of finding a house that, once we arrived, we wouldn't want to leave. The backyard (pool, putting green, bacci court, hammock and numerous seating/hangout areas) and overall layout of the home with separate patio areas for each bedroom exceeded this requirement. It was close to grocery stores and the downtown area for our quick runs out for take out and food supplies. We will definitely be back to this home whenever our travels take us back to Palm Springs.

Well equipped & fun property in Palm Springs

We had a ton of fun at the house! There is a bocce court, pool, outdoor fire places, mini putt - it is super fun. Rooms are all west elm decorated, which wasn’t my personal taste but everything was super comfortable and well thought out! I would recconend this house to anyone!!

Perfection in Palm Springs

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the West Elm: Alexander House. Everything was spotless upon arrival. The property is located in a quiet residential street with minimal noise from neighbors. The yard is designed to get maximum morning and afternoon shade, meaning we could enjoy the yard in the middle of summer with adequate shade. From 3pm the pool is almost entirely shaded which made a big difference for the kids, especially in the peak of summer. The tanning shelf (shallow end) is large enough for younger kids to enjoy and the water feature was very popular. Note that the desert can be drying to kid's skin so bring plenty of moisturizer. Inside, the house has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Upon arrival, there were four chilled margarita glasses in the freezer - a great touch. The outdoor ice machine was a huge hit for both adults and kids. We used the big outdoor dining table outside on the cooler evenings. If there was one thing we would add to the kitchen it would be an ice cream scoop :-) We had only a few minor issues during our stay, ie. the WiFi played up when we arrived but Acme were quick to remedy this for us. Ditto for some smaller issues such as running out of dish liquid. A bottle was promptly left at our front door. Overall, highly recommend this property and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Wonderful vacation!

Amazing Mid Century Modern Vacation Home

This property is beautiful both inside and out! Inside, it is impeccably furnished with no detail overlooked - the house comes with all the right amenities to make for a fabulous stay. The pool is the perfect size with a tanning deck, LED colored lights and bubbles. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the shade as well. The home is located in a great location, convenient to the airport (no planes overhead) and a short distance to downtown. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool is the best part, especially during the summer months. The pool was in shade by 3:30 every day so it made the heat manageable! We would definitely stay there again.

Absolute Heaven

This home is just unreal. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were just blown away. The attention to detail is evident throughout the home. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked. The beds could not be comfier. And the outdoor area makes you never want to leave the house. Our only compliant was that the wifi was very slow. Whenever I needed to work, I had to use my phone as a hotspot. Other than that, this place is just perfection, and we cannot wait to go back!

Great weather perfect house

We found everything to be great except a issue with the hot tub bubblers. We did have someone stop by.to take a look at it. Also the lady that met us left her sunglasses I tried texting her to come back but she never did. I would recommend the house and company to others this has been our 8th time renting between us friends using different friends as the coordinator. We plan on booking again for next year

Great house with all the bells and whistles.

The house is as good as the pictures suggest. It has a lot of great spaces to hang out in the sun or in the shade. The kitchen if very well equipped, maybe better than your regular home. Every bedroom is comfortable and has little touches like private water and coffee maker, as well as the private patio. It is an under $10 UberX ride to the restaurants and bars, or a nice leisurely walk to lunch. Simply a 10.

Beautiful property with luxurious amenities. Absolutely nothing to improve upon. Convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone and hope to return to it for future visits.
