I was booked in the wrong room, some glitch with an upgrade they said. My confirmation email said I booked a queen queen room but I was given a king room and when I let front desk know I needed two beds I was informed there were no rooms available with two beds. I was in town for surgery, already very stressed, Not great. Would’ve been good to at least be offered a discount. That aside, I’ve stayed here a few times and really like this place. Feel like I found a hidden gem.

I stayed in one of the older buildings for my second stay at Creekside. The room smelled terrible musty and a little like pet urine. The air conditioner is an older unit and was so loud.

Staff was great. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable except for the sheets they were low threat and and rough. It was clear these were the least expensive sheets you could find. We went to your hotel because of friend recommended it who goes to your facility regularly due to getting a heart transplant at Stanford. He told me the price was reasonable and when I looked at the ratings it was higher than the Hilton hotel. But I leave there are a lot of people like "the princess and the pea". We don't like to sleep in rough sheets and these were rough, with little thread balls likely due to their long use. I recommend you put a little bit more $ in your sheet budget. I probably would have given it 2 but people were really nice and the grounds haf beautiful flowers. I did see a rat not a mouse going through the plants and I think that's going to be problem whenever there are lot of planters, flowering plants and bushes ,etc. So I recommend not to leave your doors open for any length of time. Thank you

The property is pleasant, service great and cleaning excellent, but we were given a room directly across from the trash and next to the steak house. The smell when we opened our door was trash mixed with steak, which was not pleasant at all. Area is nice and again, very clean property. Just shouldn't use rooms across from the trash.

Highly recommend. Rooms were very nice, large and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helped in any way they can. Best part of it was that since we have stayed here a few times while in town they surprised us and upgraded us to the VIP room at no charge. Staying here next time in town for sure.

It's a very scenic property near Palo Alto. The rainfall showers are awesome. The bed and bedding quite comfortable. The room is very spacious.
