This lovely detached house is located in Golf Park's residential area, which boasts a very nice shared area with garden and swimming pool. Furthermore, the house has a private garden with a BBQ area.
The house, all in one level, is arranged as follows: entrance, opened living, dining room and kitchen with access to the outside area, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with tub.
There is also an attic with a terrace.

The town has three main centres starts at the top of a hill with the old part of town.
Moving down towards the beach and among the woods you will find Masos de Pals, and a little further on, nearer the water you will arrive at the buildings of Platja de Pals or Pals Beach.
The town therefore has much to offer.
Seaside or countryside are lifestyle options, culture or leisure when it comes to free time and the peace of mind which comes with life in the Empordà, whatever your personal choice may be.
It could be said that there is a Pals for everyone, with fantastic cuisine, the culture and the history which surround the town easily seduce those visitors who sooner or later decide to return and perhaps even stay.
