Maksamme rantapalvelusta 2: lle (2 lepotuolaa rannalla ja sateenvarjo) 1. maaliskuuta - 31. lokakuuta ..., mikä maksaa sinulle yleensä noin 40 dollaria päivässä! Huomaa, että meidän on vuokrattava huoneisto, jonka vastuuhenkilö on vähintään 25-vuotias. Tarvitsen varauksen jälkeen sähköpostitse tai tekstikopiona ensisijaisen vuokralaisen ajokortista. Emme myöskään salli tupakointia tai lemmikkieläimiä pitämästä paikkamme hajua kaikille.

Meillä on myös siivous- ja ylläpitotuki tarvittaessa loman aikana. En ole koskaan saanut valituksia hitaista hisseistä tai pysäköintiongelmista, mikä on hienoa. Wifi, Celadon-palvelut ja pääsy rannalle ovat kaikki hintaan sisältyviä.

Meidän huoneisto on 1 makuuhuone king-size-vuode, 2 kylpyhuonetta, 2 kerrossänkyä käytävällä sekä queen-size-vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Tämä on puhdas, meripeninkulman huoneisto, jossa on haalistuneet denim-huonekalut; se on erittäin mukava. Kaikki lattiat on laatoitettu, joten vanhentunut tai likainen matto ei haise! On oma parveke kauniille Meksikonlahdelle, jossa kauniit auringonnousut ja auringonlaskut voivat olla omat yksityiset näytöksesi joka aamu ja joka ilta. Delfiinit ja muu meri-elämä näkyvät myös parvekkeelta. Huoneistossa on kaapeli-TV, Internet, WiFi-yhteys, 2 uima-allasta (1 sisä- ja ulkokäyttöön ja lämmitetty), kuntokeskus, pelihuone, tenniskenttä, hiiligrilla ja katettu pysäköintialue. Siellä on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä täydellinen keittiö, jossa astiat ja ruokailuvälineet.

Panama City Beachin rannat ovat maailman kauneimpia valkoisella hiekalla ja smaragdivedellä. Tämä huoneisto on aivan rannalla, joten kadun ylittämistä ei odoteta ... paina hissin pohjakerroksen G kohtaa ja siellä olet! Paikalla on vuokrattavissa vesiskootterit, banaaniveneily, purjelautailu, syvänmerenkalastus ja paljon muuta.

Tonnia hienoja ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, golfia ja elokuvateatteria on noin 2 mailin päässä Pier Parkista. Pier Parkista vastapäätä on kalastuslaituri, joka ulottuu Persianlahteen ... erittäin kaunis!

Tämä on perheystävällinen lomakeskus; upea yöelämä on vain muutaman minuutin päässä kohti rannan itäpäätä. Celadon on hiljaisemmassa, rannan länsipäässä. Tiedämme, että rakastat paikkaamme!

Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Panama City Beaches. Excellent Stay
The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Being on the 3rd floor and close to the elevators was perfect. We were within walking distance of the shops and ice cream and just a short drive to Pier Park. Karen communicated everything efficiently and kept us notified of important weather/beach updates while we were there. We will definitely be staying here again!

The unit was well appointed. It exactly as shown. It is a great location being close enough to everything you might need, but at the end of the beach so more space and privacy than other area of the beach. Finally, the host was so kind and informative. Just a class act all the way around. Will stay again. Highly recommended!!

Great condo in a great location in PCB
The property is very well kept. Checking in was flawless…you already have codes and information in rental agreement. The owner is exceptional in communicating and asking if we needed anything. Definitely worth staying at this location for the view from the balcony. The pool and access to the beach were easily accessible. Beautiful condo with everything we needed. Appliances all up to date. The bed very comfortable. Very little wait time for elevator if any on most days. We had a great experience!

Relaxing getaway!
We were looking for a nice and quiet vacation to the beach and our stay here exceeded our expectations! It’s close to all kinds of great restaurants and activities while staying out of the hustle and bustle of PCB. The condo was very clean and the ocean view was beautiful and perfect for watching for dolphins. Karen was so kind and accessible. She provided info and insight for preparing for our trip that was greatly appreciated. We would love to come back some day!

Amazing Experience!!
This condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as described. The breathtaking ocean view was beautiful and it was located on a more quiet area of PCB away from all the noisy chaos of the other end of the beach. The owners literally left no stone unturned. Every single thing we needed was there! From bedding to kitchen utensils to basic household supplies, they had it ALL! That really makes for an even better experience! The bedding was comfortable and it felt like there was so much room for us all. There were 4 of us so having the hallway bunks really gave us the extra space for the kids to have their own area too. We never felt cramped. There is plenty of seating for us all and then some. Karen always responded to any questions or concerns within minutes and was SO very pleasant to rent from. We were VERY lucky to somehow cross paths with the perfect hosts for our vacation! We would highly recommend them again! Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo! It was a great first experience in PCB! 💛

Everything we needed and then some!
Me, my husband, and our two friends stayed here the last week of June and it was amazing! Two pools and two hot tubs to choose from and one always had room if the other was full! Walk right out onto the beach and had two front row beach chairs and an umbrella to keep the sun off during the heat! Water was beautiful. I loved how peaceful the area was, I knew PCB was known for college kids/party town, but this place is truly more family occupied. A short drive to pier park (10-15 min) and all sorts of restaurants/convenience stores in walking distance. The condo was super clean, plenty of space for us 4 adults and extra room for dinner/card games/chilling. Beautiful view from the balcony. Karen was SUPER helpful and responsive via text!!! Will definitely be back!

Second time staying at this condo and we loved it again! Clean, great communication with owner and lots of helpful info sent about the condo and surrounding area. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful beach and not too crowded. Balcony view is wonderful and can see the sunsets. Two pool options including one that is heated. We had a great time getting to stay here!

Absolutely amazing!!!!!
Incredible!!!!!! We had a amazing time!!!!! Everything was perfect!!!! Our condo was VERY CLEAN and the master bed was 100 percent the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on!!!!! Karen was very very very good about communicating with me about our trip!!!! Thr beach, the pools, the restaurants, were all amazing! We WILL be back! I could not have asked for a better trip!!! 100 percent recommend staying at Celadon 306!!!!!

Wonderful stay with an even better view
Family and I rented over spring break and the property was perfect. Even with the weather being a little chilly, the property and location were a delight. View from the balcony was amazing to watch the sunsets.

Lovely beachfront condo
We rented from Karen. She was a lovely hostess, very easy to work with. The condo looks just as pictured, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Karen provides many little extras to make your stay more comfortable. She checked on us before we checked in and before departure. She also provided a lot of info on the area. I felt very comfortable in my correspondence with her. Celadon is in a great area and is well maintained. I highly recommend Karen and the Celadon property.
