This new two-story luxury town home presents a coastal feel of rest and relaxation in the heart of 30A. Being only minutes away from popular hotspots such as Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach! The comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings adjacent to a well set dining room overlooking an outdoor patio. While the gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, Moen fixtures, and European style cabinetry. Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. The second floor holds all three bedrooms. Directly beside one another are the two guest bedrooms that feature a twin over full bunk bed and queen-size bed with a shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities.

Parking & Transportation:
- Parking: There is parking for 3 (1 garage, 2 vehicles in the driveway).
- Bicycles: Enjoy 4 adult bikes to explore 30A in style (Amenity Fee applies at Checkout).
- Golf Cart/LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) Rentals in Prominence: If your property does not come with a golf cart, you are only permitted to rent one through 30A Gulf Carts. Prominence strictly allows the rental of street-legal golf carts for guest use through this provider only. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Prominence HOA.
Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two-night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.
Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:
Promotions may change, be cancelled, and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.

BeachWalk is not responsible for any disruptions caused by nearby construction or closures of community amenities, such as pools or other shared facilities, as these are managed by the respective Homeowners' Associations and may impact your overall experience. Rental Agreement applies to all reservations.
Cancellation or changes to the dates of stay within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of payment, associated fees (up to $200), and/or additional charges, depending on the timing of the request.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) is not permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
