Auringonpaiste sijaitsee viehättävässä, porteilla, Carillonin rannalla. Kun vierailit Carillon Beachillä jo yli 7 vuotta, rakastimme sitä niin paljon, ostimme tämän kodin viime vuonna! Meidän talo istuu vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta walkover 2, näet lähes kilometrin sokeria valkoista hiekkaa, uncrowded, yksityinen ranta.

Tässä kodissa ei ole portaita. Kodikas esiportaan ja tietenkin takakuistilla makuuhuoneesta, josta on näkymät oma uima-allas. Koti sopii lapsille, jotka ovat sekä nuoria että vanhoja.

Koti on 3 huonetta, 2 makuuhuonetta on queen beds; Kolmannessa kerroksessa on 2 kerrossänkyä, joissa on täysi patja. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyamme ja TV. Nukkuu 8-10 henkilöä. Makuuhuoneessa on pääsy yksityinen ulkosuihku kuuma ja kylmä juokseva vesi, joka on hieno hoitoa päivän jälkeen rannalla.

Carillon on hiljainen aidattu alue, jossa on päällystettyjä teitä ja jalkakäytäviä, jotka luovat turvallisen paikan lapsille ja perheille pyörällä ja kävelemään aktiviteetteihin. Yhteisössä on 3 julkista allasta; Oceanside-allas, järvenranta-allas ja puistoalue. Bellview-puistossa on leikkikenttä, tenniskentät, koripallokenttä ja avoin alue juoksemiseen. Carillon järvi sijaitsee keskellä yhteisöä, ja se on erinomainen paikka kalastukseen, meloa lennolle ja melontaan perheen kanssa.

Carillonissa on kaunis keskusta. Kesäisin voit nauttia ulkokonserteista vihreillä ja erilaisilla lasten toiminnoilla. Kaupungin keskustassa on myös kappeli ja lahjatavarakauppa, joka vuokraa polkupyöriä, meloa ja kajakkeja. Talo on myös kävelyetäisyydellä Powell-järvelle, murtovesijärvelle, jonka voit tehdä jokaisen vesiaktiviteetin, johon voit ajatella vesihiihtoa ja veneilyä.
Voi tuoda oman veneen ja vesiskootterin ja pääsy järvelle.

Home-hotellissa on ranta tuoli, johon kuuluu 2 kiesit lounge-tuolia ja suuri aurinkovarjo. Myös 4 aikuista polkupyörää, joita voit käyttää.

Another perfect beach trip!
This was our third stay at Ray of Sunshine! We love this house! A private pool and less than a block to the beach! We love this neighborhood! Think Rosemary Beach 20 years ago. Drive to Rosemary is only 5 minutes away so u can still go to your favorite restaurants.

This was our second time there. The house is perfect for us - 4 adults, 2 small children. The pool is great to have for kids. Short walk down the block to the beach walkover. We really like this house.

Wonderful Vacation in a Wonderful House
We had an amazing time in Carillon Beach and loved staying at this house! The neighborhood is absolutely perfect. It is quiet, safe, and beautiful! We were able to walk to the beach, 2 small restaurants, a coffee shop, a general store, and a playground. Having a pool at the house was so nice, as our three daughters always had something to do! The house is clean and had everything we needed. We are hoping to come back to visit soon!

Wonderful Week
Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Loved having a pool and the host was very hospitable and on point with instructions. The only negative was the shower situation in the primary bath. We didn’t mind it being outside, as it was private, however with a bad knee, I was not able to climb over the tub. Fortunately, we were able to use the other bathroom. I would definitely book this home again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Ray of Sunshine! Clean, plenty of amenities, very short walk to the beach, and we loved having the pool in the backyard. Steve was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond with any questions we had. The Carillon Beach community has been a favorite vacation spot for our family. Quiet, beautiful, and relaxing!

We love staying at a Ray of Sunshine! It fits our family of 5 perfectly and we hope to bring friends for the teens with us on our next visit. The location is ideal for beach access, and the pool is a perfect way to relax after a day at the beach. The community has the same feel as Rosemary Beach without all crowds! It’s quiet and clean and beautiful. The house has everything you need for a relaxing family getaway!

Beautiful home
I stayed here with my husband and two grown daughters. It was the perfect size for us. The beds and sheets were so comfortable. Even the towels were soft and new. There was an excessive heat warning all week so we spent every day in the pool. We loved having a pool at the house. There are chairs around the pool in the shade and a deck with chairs which made it nice. The backyard is private and quiet. We also loved the outdoor shower off the master bath. You could access it from the outside or through the master bath tub. It was one of our favorite parts of the house. There are two other showers if you don’t want to use the outdoor one. The house is only a few doors down from the beach so it’s a great location. This is our fourth time staying in Carillon and we love how it’s gated, quiet, safe and has beautiful homes. We rented a golf cart for the week from a business at Carillon and they delivered and picked it up. Very fun to have to drive around the neighborhood. The house is very clean. We had such a relaxing vacation. Would stay here again!

Week with family
Wonderful week with family at Ray of sunshine!! Very nice home, spotless, great condition and well stocked. First time in Sunnyside (have stayed along the coast many times) but LOVE the neighborhood. Quiet, friendly, quaint neighborhood feel like 30a used to be but easy access to anything needed just down the road. Shaded pool for a quick dip after the 1/2 block walk back from uncrowded beach. Quick communication with owner, highly recommend. Thanks

Spring Break Vacation
A Ray of Sunshine is a beautiful house inside and out. It is located in the private community of Carillon Beach which was quiet and had all sorts of wonderful amenities all within walking distance. Our three boys were in the pool everyday, so paying extra for having it heated was well worth it. We were also just a block away from the beach which was so convenient. The owners were great to work with and very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and amazing
This was our first stay at Carillon Beach. The property is absolutely amazing - beautifully decorated, 20 feet from the beach walkover and one of the only properties that has a private pool. We were down there for tropical storm Fred and the owners checked in on us repeatedly to make sure we had all the essentials for a power outage. Even the neighbors were amazing.

Beach Vacation
A Ray of Sunshine is a wonderful home at Carrillon Beach. Three bedrooms and three baths were perfect for our family. The master bath shower is outdoors which we found to be less steamy and very refreshing. The adults loved the backyard pool during our 1 year olds afternoon naps. We hope to return next year.

Nice one story home and pool!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Ray of sunshine! Steve called to make sure we didn’t have any questions before our stay. House was very clean when we arrived at 3pm! Nice having everything on one floor and no steps to maneuver with little ones. The house held our 2 families (4 kids ages 3-9) very nicely. The pool was perfect to have right outside our back door especially on one of our double red flag days at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This beach house exceeded our expectations. The owner was very responsive to any questions, the house was very clean and also so close to the beach walkover. The private pool was relaxing and lit at night for evening swims. Couldn't ask for more. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and getting to know some neighbors too.

Amazing location and pool!
We loved our spring break week at this rental! The heated pool was a huge hit and the house was a great fit for our family of five. It would be very tight with more people and there is almost no closet/storage space (the closet in the bunk room is blocked by the beds). My kids used the top bunks for their clothes and it was no problem. It was a 1 minute walk to walkover 2 and so close to the parks and other Carillon amenities. It was definitely too cold to use the master bath outdoor only shower. We did not understand that this was the only shower in the master (there is a tub) but we were able to use our kids showers for the week. The living area is cozy and the house was very clean. If you’re looking for a private pool and super close access to the beach, this is the house!

Wonderful family stay at Carillon Beach
This wonderful cottage home was the shining star in a week filled with less than ideal Florida weather. Though we barely saw the sun or a warm, dry day, our kids will forever remember spending hours every day in the heated pool, riding bikes in the streets of the Carillon community, and the jacuzzi bath. This property was very nice and had all the amenities we needed as a family, especially while vacationing during a pandemic. Would highly recommend!

Great house in Carillon Beach!
Great house in Carillon Beach. Love the neighborhood and the proximity to the beach, its very close and we actually enjoyed the short walk every day (its really just a few steps up the street). Great front porch for rocking in a chair or relaxing on the swing (even/or especially if it rains), and having your own pool to swim in after some time at the beach made every day extra fun for the kids. Also loved that the beach chairs are right there when you walk onto the beach. We enjoyed nice bike rides and walks through the beautiful neighborhood, and also loved the proximity to both the local restaurants, and everything on 30A, which is just a few minutes away by car. The owner Steve was great, very responsive and informative if you have any questions. I'd say more, but I kind of want to keep this hidden gem a secret!
