EDGEWATER LEEWARD/WINDWARD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Edgewater Windward & Leeward Buildings will be undergoing renovations of the building's structural columns from the end of July 2024 through August 2024. There will be times when individual condos on the 08 stack in the Leeward & Windward Buildings will have construction/safety material set up which may block and or not allow balcony access. You will experience some noise during the day due to the construction. We have no control over the exact dates that construction will affect a particular unit. We have discounted our pricing to account for the minor inconveniences you may experience so, no additional discounts will be available.
