Beautiful low floor unit with great views! Known for the best floor plan on the beach, this condo has beach views from all bedrooms, living room & Kitchen.

We recently updated this Tower 4 unit with all new furniture, bedding, flooring, tile shower, 51' TV's and granite kitchen countertops just to name a few of the upgrades!

There is almost 1400 sq ft of living space in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo- that's a lot of space!

Enjoy free high speed fiber wireless Internet in our condo.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a 51' TV, blu-ray player, a walk in closet. The master bath has dual sinks and a walk in tile shower.

The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV, DVD player, walk in closet and a view of the beach too! The guest bath has a shower tub combo and dual sinks.

The living room has a 51' TV, DVD player, fireplace (in the summer you can use the flames without the heat) and a queen pull out bed.

The dining room has a large table that seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

The Kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook, eat-in and enjoy the sunset view from the balcony. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a full sized pantry.

We even have a washer/dryer if you need it.

Long Beach has gated security and on site parking. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. (Pineapple Willy's, Shipwreck, Ripley's just to name a few)

This is a NON-Smoking unit and NO pets.
The renter must be at least 25 years old to rent and must be staying in the condo during the entire stay.

Wonderful stay
We stayed in the exact condo last year. Loved it so much we stayed there again this year. Love the location and with being on the first floor it was like you were sitting along the ocean. Loved the new living room furniture. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome time at Long Beach Resort
We went to the beach on one of the hottest weekends of the year and gad the best time. Spacious condo, great accommodations, perfect location to the beach - we were on the first floor. Loved the pool and the condo was centrally located to everything we need. Cant wait to come back for another visit!

Nice vacation!
Let's talk about the good first. This property has plenty of space! We had 4 adults and 3 children. I put a pack-n-play in one of the walk-in closets for my toddler daughter, and that worked great. The balcony was perfect for everyone to hang out on and especially nice for dinner. Communication was property management was perfect! All the kitchen items we needed were provided. The unit is on the 1st floor (not ground floor), and we were able to use the stairs instead of the elevator, which was much quicker. There are luggage carts that are available when unloading/loading vehicles. Pools were very close. We alternated going to different pools. Full size washer/dryer combo that we used daily. Now... The unit could have been cleaner, especially under the couch and the bathrooms. The toiler paper holder looked like it had never been wiped down. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. Overall, we had a great vacation!

There were a few minor issues. We were unable to reset the lock with our own code. The comforters seemed old and not the cleanest. Not enough toilet paper provided for 5 guests for 4 nights as well as dishwasher detergent. Majority of the outlets are lose and they should be replaced for safety reason's. There should be a caution sign by the balcony door due to a high step.. Otherwise, it was a nice experience. .

The condo was as listed and it was great. I was impressed with the little touches, welcome bags in each bathroom and kitchen. The beach views are fantastic as well. We would rent this unit again. My tip is to check in if possible with the chair service the night before that way they will put cushions on your chairs.
