Upon arrival, I emailed mgmt because entry hall glass was broken; master bath water continually running. Quick response re work order issued. All of the following info was reported and I received a phone call after we left and they were going to begin repairs (hopefully it will be better for the next person staying there).
During stay, noticed several issues with stove- hot surface light stays on 24/7, burners would not sit flat, so the stove was unusable; cracked microwave door (all the way thru, so it was unusable); dry-rotted/torn curtain in living room, tv had "kid" graffiti scratched into it, outlet in kitchen was cracked, sand was on the couch, 2nd bedroom comforter looked soiled-not clean, carpet in living room is stained; light above the table didn't work. It just didn't appear to be well-maintained...or even "just maintained" for that matter. Wallpaper was also peeling from the wall next to utility room.
The beach and the pool is what always makes up for a bad room...and we had excellent weather, great sunsets, fun playing in the water. This is my 4th year staying at PP...I've just never had a unit in this condition.
