It is just a short bike ride to the extraordinary ultra-desirable 30A communities of Rosemary and Alys Beach. Take in the turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast and then lounge poolside with friends and loved ones! You're just steps away from the popular 12,000-square-foot community lagoon pool.

This professionally decorated home features beautiful coastal decor and top-of-the-line finishes. Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the second Master suite with a King bed, one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks, a flat-screen TV, and a shared jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Another bedroom with two Queen beds shares this jack-and-jill bathroom. Just down the hall, you'll find another King bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The last bedroom has one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks. The vast second-floor deck is the perfect place to kick back with friends and loved ones over sundowners- all bedrooms have access to the deck!

Queen size air mattress and pack n' play kept in home and available for guests' use at no additional charge.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
