Nauti tämän 5. kerroksen lahden edessä sijaitsevan saman huoneiston mukavuudesta samalla tavalla kuin kadun toisella puolella olevalta pysäköintialueelta. Ei odotusta hisseillä!

Päällikkö BR: n mukana tulee king-size-vuode veden parvekkeella (Grand Panaman tarjoama suurin parveke - 20 x 12) ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on puutarha-amme, mukautettu suihkukaappi ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on taulutelevisio.

Toinen BR on varustettu king-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja taulutelevisio.

Tämä huoneisto on tarpeeksi suuri koko perheelle, kerrossängyt hallissa ja kuningatar vetäytyvä vuodesohva.

Keittiössä on graniittitasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Sinun ei koskaan tarvitse jättää huoneistoa pesukoneen ja kuivausrummun käyttöön. Nopea langaton internetyhteys on myös saatavana ilmaiseksi.

Rentoudu parvekepöydällä ja tuoleilla, aurinko itseäsi ulkona aulassa, kuuntele surffata, siemailla lasillinen viiniä ja katsella kultaisia auringonlaskuja Meksikonlahden yli.

Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Panama City Beaches. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden yleisissä tiloissa sekä kuntosalin ja vesipuiston. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Great Balcony
The large balcony was everything. The depth of it meant you could enjoy the weather outside but be in the shade when the sun was glaring. Beautiful view. The space inside was good too. The kitchen could use a few more utensils and cookware, rubber spatulas, pans etc. I do wish they didn’t allow people to blast music at the pool. No one wants to listen to someone else’s music. Overall though it was a positive experience.

Great Condo!
We loved this condo and it was the perfect size for our family of 5! It is definitely large enough to accommodate 8 people. We loved that it was on the 5th floor (not too high and same level as the walk-over). The only night we couldn't get parking on the 5th floor was the first night we arrived since we got to the property late. It has a huge balcony and lots of space for a family. It was nice to all be on the balcony at the same time and have dinners/breakfasts together. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella in the closet. That made beach going so much less stressful as we didn't have to pack or buy these items. We also loved that the kitchen was adequately supplied. It was great to have large pots and the crockpot! You'll want to bring additional toilet paper, paper towels, and dish pods/laundry pods. Some are supplied, but depending on how long you are staying, it may not be enough. The only issue we had was figuring out how to lock the door when we left. Some detailed instructions on this would have been useful, but property management was helpful when we inquired about it. The whole condo felt like home to our family during the week we were there. You won't go wrong by choosing this condo! We loved it!

Beware of management co. They lie in listing
Emerald Coast Destination Inc listed this unit with complimentary beach chair service. The listing said to let beach services know when we arrived to get our chairs. Beach services told me our unit didnt have chairs included. I called ECDI to see about this. The lady i spoke with said she didnt see it in the listing but she would have someone reach back out to us. I then sent the listing agent a email stating the issue. They told me there was two chairs in closet of our unit that we could use. Thats what the listing meant by complimentary chairs included. I asked why i needed to let beach services know if i was going to use chairs from closet of unit. The response was that i did not need to but that was the chairs for us to use. I talked with beach services and found out the cost. I then sent another email requesting ECDI to refund me that amount or to contact beach services about making the chairs available like the listing said. Crickets.. I will never rent this unit or any other managed by ECDI. Other than this chair issue the bed sheets felt cheap and rough.Bed in master was absolutely wore out and very cheap uncomfortable mattress. The bed creeked and poped with any movement while sleeping. Seating in living area is limited to 4 people with only one couch and a chair. The are much better units out there to rent. I vacation 4 or 5 times a summer to PCB and this has been our least favorite.

The best week ever!
Perfect place to stay for a family of 5! The room was just as listed. Biggest balcony we have ever had on the beach, perfect sunset pictures with the pier in the background, lots of dolphin activity every AM! Perfect location on the strip in the middle of everything. The condo has a rooftop pool & hot tub as well as one on the beach. Such a perfect trip! Can’t wait to book again next year!

CLEAN GROUNDS AND COMMON AREAS
STAY WAS GOOD OVERALL - LIKED THAT THE GROUNDS AND COMMON AREAS WERE KEPT CLEAN AND THE CONVENIENCE OF THE PARKING GARAGE. ONLY NEGATIVES WERE PARKING IN THE GARAGE WAS HARD WITH A LARGE TRUCK AND SPACES WERE ALL PRETTY SMALL - HARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF. WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE DESIGNATED TRUCK PARKING FOR LARGER VEHICLES. UNDER THE BEDS IN OUR CONDO WAS VERY DIRTY BUT OTHER THAN THAT WAS GOOD.

We had a great time. The cleanliness could have been better. Coffee maker wasn’t clean, we dealt with ants. Washing machine broke first day with a full wet load in it and had to deal with that. Didn’t get fixed so we had to buy more clothes because we didn’t bring enough thinking we could wash. Condo was decent. Stay was pretty good.

Best Vacation Yet
Our family visits PCB every year. We have stayed at Gulf Crest, Gulf Highlands, The Shores of Panama, and the Grand Panama. This was the best vacation we’ve had to date. We only have one complaint but it was not a deal breaker for us. Before I mention the one negative, let me talk about all the amazing things about this condo. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for the entire stay. There was plenty of space for everyone. The balcony was the largest I’ve ever seen. There was no wait times for an elevator. The beach chairs that came with the unit were nice to have for the week. The pool was not overcrowded at any point. There were always chairs available. The unit is so accessible from the parking structure. It’s literally next to the walkway which is also super convenient. The one thing that made the stay a little less than perfect is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was as hard as a rock. We dreaded going to bed every night because we knew we would wake up with sore backs and hips. This didn’t ruin our stay of course. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was amazing. My daughter loved the mattress in this room. I would 10/10 recommend this condo to anyone. Our family probably won’t ever stay anywhere else. If the owner of the unit reads this comment, I would like to say thank you for allowing our family to stay in your unit. We had an amazing vacation!

This condo was perfect. I was grateful it was on the 5th floor which made things very easy too and from the parking garage. Had everything my family and I needed for a wonderful week on the gulf!!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Great location and very clean property. Family all loved the music at night. Big problem with communication with property managers. We never received emails about room number, door codes, parking permits and when they did email me back at noon the day we are supposed to be there “it’s a very busy day so I will get it to you later.” 3 hours later still no response. We did finally get all the information and was able to get in the room. Very clean and well maintained. The beds in the master bedroom and the bunk beds are very hard and need to be replaced.

This condo was great in location- 5th floor is connected to parking garage - short distance to restaurants - nice big balcony with plenty of furniture - place was clean and had all the necessities - however the mattresses could be replaced to be more comfortable - especially the bunk beds were like prison cots - check in was a joke, they didnt have anything ready but overall great place -

We loved kitchen and balcony. Cute decor. Instructions Did not give correct info to unlock and lock the door.. Had to wait for maintenance man to show us two step process. Mattress in master was horrible. Missed dinner to get a fridge delivered. Never came after we cleaned all stuff out. Very inconvenient
