Koe ja nauti 30A ilman väkijoukkoja! Ihanteellisesti sijaitsee etelään (ranta) puolella 30A sisällä yksityisen ja syrjäinen Camp Creek järven alaosasto ja vain 100 askelta yhteisön oma ja eristäytynyt ranta alin ranta tiheys kaikki 30A! Tämä hiljattain remontoitu, hyväpalkkainen koti, jossa on ulkokylpytynnyri, ulkotelevisio ja oma uima-allas, on ranta-keidas! Vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta ja harvinaisesta rannikon dyynijärvestä, kotona on himoitunut käänteinen pohjaratkaisu, jossa ylimmässä kerroksessa on laaja oleskelu- ja keittiötila, joka on avoin kuilun tuulille ja runsaasti luonnonvaloa!

Tämä suuri, tilava 5 makuuhuoneen / 4. 5 kylpy koti on ammattimaisesti sisustettu huippuluokan kalusteet klassiseen rannikko eleganssia. Yläkerrassa on valoisa, ilmava ja avoin suuri huone ja täydellinen keittiö, joka sopii täydellisesti illallisille tai perhejuhliin. Nauti Persianlahden tuulista ja aallon ääniä, jotka kaatuvat sokerinvalkoisella hiekalla suuresta katetusta parvekkeesta, joka sijaitsee aivan erinomaisen huoneen edestä ja auringonlaskua kohti. Kun olet kokenut päivän yhteisön yksityisellä, eristäytyneellä rannalla, voit virkistäytyä virkistäytymiseen kodin yksityisessä lämmitetyssä uima-altaassa ja porealtaassa!

Koti nukkuu 12 vuodepaikkaa kaksi master king makuuhuonetta ylimmässä kerroksessa on omat kylpyhuoneet, kaksi ylimääräistä king makuuhuonetta ensimmäisessä kerroksessa jaettu kylpyhuone ja yksi kerrossänky huone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on oma kylpyhuone, joka nukkuu neljä. Sisältää täydellisen keittiön, jossa on ruostumattomia laitteita ja kvartsi-työtasoja, taulutelevisiot kaikissa huoneissa, langaton nopea internetyhteys, kaasugrilli, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä pysäköinti neljälle autolle.

Koti on kätkeytyneenä yksityisalueella silmukkatie, jossa perheet voivat nauttia kävelee ja turvallisia pyöräretkiä. Sen lisäksi, että lähellä on oma yksityinen ranta, vieraat voivat nauttia auringonlaskusta naapuruston telakasta, josta on näkymä harvinalle ja kauniille rannikkoseulajille. Koti on alle kilometrin päässä kaupoista ja ravintoloista The Hubissa (4 min pyöräretkelle) ja alle 2 kilometrin päässä Alys-rannalta ja Rosemary Beachiltä (8 min pyöräretkelle). Viisi polkupyörää mukana!
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta rantasijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Camp Creek Lake. Amazing location!
We loved this house so much! Most places always say “close to the beach” but this house literally is as close as you can get without your house right on the beach…there is just one small slow street to cross and you’re there. There is plenty of space too for families or friend groups! We enjoyed the bikes going to popular tourist places, but the neighborhood itself is slow and less crowded, which we loved! Not to mention, there is a private pool and hot tub in your own private courtyard beside the house. Perfection.

Came with family and had plenty of room as described in listing. Contacted owner to see if the hot tub could be turned up. He responded and did so remotely. Downstairs was a bit cold. It was during the 50 year snowstorm?

Perfect family gathering spot on a beautiful beach
We LOVED our stay at this property. Four siblings and spouses from across the country reunited here for a lovely, relaxing visit. The location was wonderful. Short walk to the beach and easy drive or bike to good shopping and restaurants. The heated pool was fabulous, even on those cooler January days. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the open living space allowed us to hang out together or do our own thing. Especially appreciate the responsiveness of the owner's communication. We had a last minute snafu with my sister's dog sitter and she needed to bring the dog. When I asked they, responded within the hour. I paid the pet deposit and she hit the road and joined the fun. Thank you for sharing your beach house. We will happily return in the future.

Perfect Stay!
My family and I stayed for a week during Fall Break. We loved everything about this amazing property. Just steps away from the beach, great pool/hot tub, with plenty of outdoor area for dining and relaxing. Kids enjoyed having all the beach toys. Indoor furnishings are comfy, kitchen well equipped/stocked, everyone slept well on very nicely appointed beds. Only thing that we missed was a bathtub for smaller kids. We will definitely book another stay!

Fantastic!
Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything at the house was well thought out, and Ryan was readily available via text our whole stay. Amazing private access to the beach! Comfortable beds, quiet upscale neighborhood. Upon check in, there was one issue which was out of Ryan's control, but he made it right and we really appreciated his prompt communication with us. We will definitely be back again next year!

Amazing hosts!
The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk down a path to the beach. It’s also right down the road from Alys, Rosemary and a 8 minute drive to the Watersound Publix. While the location is great, the hosts are even better! They are extremely communicative and responsive. They were even kind enough to talk to the bonfire company that we were using so we could get everything reserved. They even offered to have blow dryer and straightener shipped back to us. It was rainy during our stay, so the beach was empty, but because of the location’s privacy, I can imagine that it is not crowded often. We had the entire beach to ourselves the night of the bonfire—on a Saturday night in September. Even with the rain, we still had a great time hanging out in the house playing games. Plenty of room for our crew of 10.

Great location with private beach
We very much enjoyed our stay this July 4th week with the exception of getting sick midweek. The location was perfect: gated community, inside 30A, with private beach. Easy to have chairs & umbrellas set up. Humidity is an issue in Florida, but the AC was the coldest we’ve ever had at this house. There was a bit of mold on a few areas in the house. I advised owner & he replied it would be addressed. The living area is located on second floor & would not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Otherwise a great place to vacation.

A Must Book
We all loved this house! Ryan might be the quickest replying host we've ever had. The house was so close to the private beach and we loved the private pool when the kids were napping or if we wanted more shade. The AC worked amazingly and having the patio was a huge plus. We loved grilling on the grill and having plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 infants. We all said we’d look up this house again when we come back!

Feels like home..
Our second year at Sunshine @30A truly felt like a homecoming for our family. The gated community and the convenient access to 5 bikes made it easy for us to visit the Big Chill or Alys Beach. Our family, including the little ones, are passionate about fishing and cherished the peaceful beach for a day of fishing and relaxation. Our 6-year-old grandson even reeled in a pompano on his little brother's rod, while the others caught shark, red fish, pompano, and flounder. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas, using them daily. The house provided plenty of room for our three generations, totaling 10 adults and 4 boys, and they all enjoyed the pool/hot tub after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch, especially in the evening. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs. Here are some suggestions: - Consider adding some new pots and pans, especially another large one. - Increase the availability of storage containers. - Address the issue with the dryer, as it currently takes hours to dry towels. - Ensure that the cleaning crew vacuums under the couch cushions and dusts the ceiling fans, doorways, and walls.

Greatness Getaway
Location, property and amenities. In a great area that isn't packed with people but able to access the densly populated vacation hot spots. Walk, ride or drive. The property is great spacious and ample parking for multiple families to stay. 3 former collegiate and pro volleyballers who use to share hotel rooms on the road appreciated the ample living space. The pool and hot tub was on point even as the week we were there was a little chilly at times. The short walk to your own area of the beach is the best amenity.

Absolute Heaven!
We had the most relaxing stay at this property. The location was simply perfect for us. The house was just as the pictures show, but even better in person. The location was easy to get to with a grocery store in very close proximity. The bikes were a big hit with the four of us that stayed there. We loved that they all were equipped with baskets, as we were able to take water and other items with us as we biked around! Bike paths/sidewalks were easy to find to go for miles! The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed and we were able to cook in and eat out easily. The walk to the ocean was so cute on the boardwalk path. And then the white sand of the beach was like a spa on our feet every time we walked. The sunsets on the beach were amazing! The pool and the hot tub were so relaxing for us as well. There is a "bench" on the side of the pool, and we loved sitting on that and just chatted away as we relaxed in the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable, the dining table was quite large, the living space was so comfortable and fun as we sat around and played games and visited. We appreciated having supplies and items ready at the house so we could simply focus on relaxing! Ryan was so good to communicate with! Any question we had, he was so quick to respond. I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this wonderful home! Would absolutely stay here again!

We would absolutely rent this home again!
*We’ve rented dozens of large vacation homes and Ryan is probably the most responsive owner we have ever worked with. *Beach access is SO close and convenient with shells, white sand, no crowds. The views from the beach access stairs are absolutely beautiful. *The location is excellent for all of our 30a favorite spots…less than 20 minutes drive to Seaside/Grayton and from Santa Rosa shops/restaurants areas. Only 5 minutes drive to Rosemary/Alys shops and restaurants. *All 5 bikes were sturdy and well maintained, easy 15 minute ride to Rosemary Beach shops, restaurants, and the Big Chill, on designated bike path all the way. *Heating/cooling system worked perfectly, upstairs and down. *Pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, temps for heating were perfect for Feb, making it comfortable to use in the 60 to 70° weather. The fenced in pool area is safe for kids and pets. *The beds were comfortable, all bedrooms had ceiling fans. Adequate closets and dresser drawers for a several weeks stay. *We purchased seafood and steaks from the Market on 30a several nights and the grill was in perfect working order. *The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cooking tools, beverage glasses, and some pool-area safe. *Furniture on both decks and around the pool was comfortable and in great shape. Living room furniture was high end and all TVs had streaming options and cable. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house and outdoors by the pool and on the decks.

Great Location!
Stayed in early January with 6 adults and 2 children. House was large enough for us all to have our own space and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool which was warm enough even with the cooler temps during our stay! Host was easy to get ahold of and even checked in on us after a storm came through one night. Fantastic home with great beach access and would definitely stay at again!

Wonderful family vacation experience
This home was the perfect place for my family's Thanksgiving. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and we had wonderful week! The very close beach access and bikes were a big plus.
