Celadon is a highly sought-after property known for its exclusivity on the West end of Panama City Beach due to its unobstructed views in place by restrictions placed on development further west. Panama City Beach West end offers opportunity to stretch out on the beach without high occupancy resorts limiting space---you're sure to have plenty of room to roam and soak up the sun and are a short distance to 30A's trendy restaurants and fine shopping.

The living area and master bedroom feature gulf front views and a large balcony with seating to enjoy the panoramic views that stretch all the way to Treasure Island to the East and Destin's sky line to the West.

Our pristinely cleaned Celadon Beach Resort 3-bedroom 2 bath gulf-front condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. The condo has a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom suite and walk-in glass enclosed shower with two sink vanity.

The Master offers luxurious rest after a day at the beach on a new king size bed and a large flat screen television. The second bedroom suite offers a queen size bed, flat screen television and a private bathroom suite to refresh yourself.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. An additional queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV provide easy viewing from either space.

The unit has a large balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico with lovely furniture to recline or dine on. Advantages of the 20th floor offers privacy free from noises on the beach and a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf including Bald Eagle populations that on occasion can be seen at close range while in-flight.

Celadon Resort Amenities:

Celadon Beach Resort convenient amenities that you can enjoy without leaving the property. The resort features outdoor pools, two indoor pools (one partially covered), one heated seasonally, two hot tubs, pickle ball court and grills. Enjoy walking distance to favorite restaurants, souvenir shops, Carousel grocery and Thomas Donut and snack shop.

Activities for schedule include: Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides; booked directly from the concierge on staff during March-October located just steps from your door.

Enjoy watching the dolphins feed in the morning from the balcony and catch a glimpse of the sting rays at sunset as they jump high from the water for your best photo shots.

Flat screen TV's with cable in all three guest rooms all with private entry for each space.

Complimentary high speed internet throughout for your convenience. We have provided board games, boogie boards and some toys for the beach to enjoy during your stay to make travel less of a hassle.

Covered parking is located on the north side of the building near the indoor/outdoor heated pool and spa/hot tub.

Our building is a short distance to the island's best shopping, dining, and Pier Park is located with a 1/2-mile quick access to I-98 for ease of navigation throughout the island.

Celadon Beach Resort is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not allowed.

The Celadon Condo Association requires that the renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of identification and be the main occupant of the condo for the entire stay.

Perfect condo
We had an absolute wonderful stay. The condo is perfect, is very spacious and very well decorated. The only suggestion I would have is to deal with the musty smell in the condo however, it could have been from the work done on the HVAC system prior to our arrival which the property manager informed us about. We noticed mold on the grout in the master shower.I believe these issues would be handled easily by the owners. We will most definitely be renting again!

Nice and clean condo.
Condo is as advertised, owner responded quickly with any questions. Plenty of things to cook with if eating in. We like being off the beaten path per say. Less foot traffic and less car traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Trip - Great place to stay !!!
Where to start, nothing but a great experience for my family and I on vacation. First, communication with owner, Outstanding, Sherry Lee is the best, email prior to our stay, perfect, she even texted me while we were there, always giving great suggestions of places to eat, sites to see, etc. Second, the condo itself, outstanding, super clean, updated, great kitchen to cook in, nice appliances, SUPER comfortable beds, really great showers, and a spectacular view of the ocean. We have friends that stayed in (3) other condo's the same time we were there, compared to the others, ours was the most comfortable and updated. The complex itself, really nice. This was our 4th year staying at Celadon and I must say this was the first year the elevators very spot on. We NEVER had more than a minute or two waiting time, every during peek hours. There was always staff cleaning the hallways, the elevators, and the general public areas. PCB is awesome, the sand on the beach is as white as sugar, great for running every morning. There is SO much to do within walking distance, it's great that we hardly ever used our car with the exception of grocery shopping. If you stay here, you must try Thomas's, awesome breakfast sandwiches and donuts, it a super nice short walk from the condo, Salty Sue's, great place for Seafood and BBQ, so many others. Thank you Sherry, can't wait to return 2024 !!

Wonderful stay. Wonderful place.
Sherry Lee was very communicative. She sent emails prior to arrival that explained things fully. The condo was very well decorated and felt like home. The parking garage was easy and the elevators functioned beautifully. People do tend to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. (Sherry Lee provided both in the condo as well as 2 well on the beach). Wonderful stay. Wonderful place.

Last minute booking success
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. I routinely book vacations with VRBO and sometimes communication with the owner is spotty at best. Sherry was hands down the most easily accessible owner I’ve ever dealt with. She sent us suggestions and recommendations throughout our stay for restaurants and things to do in the area. I rated all areas 5 stars even though there was a slight hiccup because of how amazing Sherry was. When we arrived the unit was extremely humid with condensation visible on all the floors, counters, and furniture. The person(s) who checked out before us had left a balcony door cracked which caused heat and humidity to enter the unit and make a big mess as a result of all the moisture. Because of this, the cleaning crew, despite their best efforts were not able to effectively clean the floors especially. They were very sandy. Once we arrived and saw the issue we towel dried everything as best we could and then got to work sweeping the floors to remove all the sand. I immediately let Sherry know the issue and she was appalled and embarrassed. She offered to refund our stay and allow us to simply leave. I was not interested in that as we were able to get it cleaned up ourselves. She also offered to have her cleaners return the next morning and re-clean the entire unit which I also declined because we had been able to handle it and didn’t want to have to be displaced for the cleaners to come back. Lastly she refunded our cleaning fee as a courtesy for the inconvenience. When I returned home a check had already arrived to me with the refunded cleaning fee and a nice apology letter. Again, Sherry went over and above trying to rectify the situation and it was so appreciated. Otherwise, everything was great. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was in working order and we were able to prepare meals in the well stocked kitchen. The unit also had 2 backpack chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach bags, and a cooler bag for guest use which we utilized each day. The unit also came with a set of beach chairs and umbrella set up by beach service daily which we also utilized each day. Also of note, it is the last condo complex on the west end (least busy end) of PCB with private homes beyond so traffic was never an issue and the beach wasn’t terribly crowded like it is on the east end. Thomas’ donuts is a must and is just a short walk from the condo. I highly recommend staying here!

Breathtaking & wonderful place to stay! It was as pictured-would recommend!
This place was amazing-we didn’t want to leave! We had an amazing view of the beach from our huge balcony & the condo was so nice & spacious! The property manager/host was wonderful & easy to get in touch with, even recommending restaurants & activities going on the 4th of July week! A huge plus was the reserved 2 chairs & umbrella each day that was included!! We also enjoyed the choice of two different pools on-site & the covered parking garage. We’d recommend this place to others for sure!

We were looking for some time away from our busy lives for some rest and relaxation with out the kids. And that’s what we got! The location was perfect to be out of the hustle and bustle of Panama City beach. However, you could jump in the car and get on the main highway and be anywhere you want in minutes. We found this very easy to to dodge all the traffic on Front Beach Rd. The condo was just as pictures show. We took full advance of the boogie boards, beach bags and cooler bag that was in condo. It was nice having items there for you and not having to buy them. We also enjoyed the the two chairs and umbrella that was provided on the beach. Overall this was one of our favorite places we stayed on PCB and look forward to returning with the kids next time.

Amazing location and view
Most amazing view from the 20th floor watching the dolphins with coffee and watching the sting rays in the evening! Condo was set up perfect and family friendly! Sherry was the absolute best to work with. Always responded to all my questions and recommendations in a timely manner and made check in and out the easiest! The elevators were not bad at all this stay either. Last year when we stayed they took awhile to get to you but they have improved so much from all the upgrades that were done! We absolutely will be staying again! Thank you for an amazing experience Sherry! It was a pleasure! 🙂

Listen to the ocean as you nap…watch the waves roll in…say hi to the dolphins while you enjoy your morning coffee! Sherry’s place at the west end of Panama City Beach is amazing. It’s close enough to the limelight & far enough away that you can enjoy peace & quiet whenever you want. Her descriptions are accurate, she has nothing to hide…this 20th floor condo is AWESOME!!! Excellent location for this lovely Condo.
The condo exceeded our expectations, it’s as described on listing. The cleanliness of condo and property, along with the uncrowded location made for the perfect gateway. The property owner was very pleasant and easy to reach, we appreciated her recommendations on dining places in the area. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short, we will definitely be back.

Condo 2008 is very nice!!
The condo was perfect for our family & we had a wonderful week! Check-in was frustrating with one working elevator, no A/C in the crosswalk & a 1 hour 30 minute wait to get to the unit. Elevators were all working by the next day. The condo was clean & the view is gorgeous. Sherry communicated with me during our stay which was appreciated.

We feel like we were scammed!
We rented our unit as a three bedroom unit. One bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen and a bunkroom with two single bunks. We thought we got a good rate for this unit until we arrived. Another family group that traveled with us stayed in a unit with the identical layout. There unit was described as a two bedroom unit with a bunkroom at a much lesser rate. So yeah, we got scammed! Also, the unit was advertised to supply paper towels and toilet paper. When we arrived there was two half rolls of toilet paper and one half roll of paper towels. I hardly think this was enough for a family of 8 for 7 days. I suggest you bring a wagon to haul your luggage and other items to your room at check in. You will have a long wait for a cart. The check in process is frustrating at best.

Very Close to Gulf
We are beach hoppers and have stayed all along the gulf coast. This condo is the closest we have ever stayed to the gulf- when you wake in the morning all you see is water- almost the illusion of being on a boat from the Bed in the Primary bedroom. The condo is as described and Sherry was great to work with. However, the elevators were horrible (sometimes 15-20 minute waits) and the property and facilities maintained by the HOA need some basic maintenance and cleaning. We were told new elevators will be installed in the off season, so that will make the property much better.
